"Do not stay here. The parking is 2 blocks away in a dimly lit garage AND the garage elevator is broken. It is a scary walk at night to and from the garage. The so called lazy river is tiny and is just concrete poured inside to make it seem like a lazy river. The front desk staff are cold and unhelpful. The pool and hot tub were dirty with sand which I could see clearly from my balcony. There is little to do close to the hotel, the area is eerily empty at night leaving a scary tone when walking...

"The property is in good location. Staff is very nice and helpful. My only complaint is the carpet in hallway is dirty and smells."

"Love the privacy even on the balconies with ocean views, pier view, pool view and all the activities within a close distance. Only issue we had was not being waited on in the hotel restaurant beside the front desk. Even afteretting the hostess know we had not been waited on, we still waited 30 minutes and it wasn't even busy. We got up and left and let the hostess know the waitor/waitress never showed and we had to go elsewhere."

"ISLAND VISTA RESORT--Originally we were placed in room 620. It was musty smelling and the air conditioner was not working properly. There were grayish stains on ceiling in which I thought could be mold (my opinion). The ceiling fan was covered in dust. Stephen at the front desk was very nice and moved us to room 220 which was better. Both of these rooms are very small but the bed was comfortable. It lacks updates (my opinion). It was however nice to have covered parking. There is a 20%...
