"Everything felt comfortable. I traveled with my son and two grandchildren as well as a cat and dog. Staff was friendly to all. The room and bathroom were clean and bathroom well stocked with towels! Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Loved the larger refrigerator as my grandson has food allergies and we traveled with premade meals for him. Kitchen staff were amazing. Very helpful when my granddaughter made a waffle. And food selection was great so even someone with food allergies...
"We enjoyed our last minute stay. With only 20 minutes from the beach, it was very convenient without costing an arm and a leg.
The only down side is there's no elevator in the second building. "

"Bed and pillows super comfortable. Everything in brand new condition. Spacious bathroom and shower. Staff was pleasant especially the woman working the front desk upon checkout! Very nice! Location is perfect for shopping at the outlets, visiting Myrtle beach, and Coastal Carolina university. My complaints are: rug wasn’t vacuumed in my room AND 2 employees speaking poorly of a customer which I thought was unprofessional. "Everything was good! Clean and safe feeling. The only negative i would say is the hottubs on our last night were not hot, is day only mildly warm. But that wouldn't make me not come back. It was lovely otherwise"
"The staff is very attentive. This is our second year staying here because of the convenience and we know our way around the main attractions. Just remember that check out is at 10am and they do have it posted. Will go back next year God willing. "
