Waterway Condo Getaway near Ocean - Sleeps 6

Enjoy a nice quiet relaxing atmosphere in a gated community on the Intercoastal Waterway in the heart of Ocean Drive. This newly renovated condo is perfectly located close to Main Street where you can enjoy the excitement of Thursday night live bands, old time ice cream, or dining out of family owned restaurants.

This condo sits on the second floor with a view of the community pool. It consist of beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen with enough seating at the bar to seat four people. Washer and Dryer are located in the kitchen area. The living room has a mounted flat screen TV, pull out sofa bed, and two recliners. It opens up to the screened in porch where you can sit and relax with a view of the pool and partial view of the waterway. The master bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen TV and also opens up to the screen in porch. This room has it's own private full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom consist of a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. There is a full size bathroom located beside the bedroom that can be used from the living area as well.

If you are boater, there is a place for boat parking. A boat landing to intercoastal waterway is just a few minutes up the road. There are also 5 small docks out in the community on the waterway for fishing or grilling. The ocean is conveniently located only one mile away from the condo for all the beach goers.
