Prepare to fall in love with this charming cottage, an ideal haven for your upcoming beach getaway! This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom gem is nestled in the Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach, a mere 2 blocks from the ocean. The property owners have introduced a host of delightful enhancements, including a brand-new inground pool in 2021 and a freshly paved driveway. The pool is shared with the owners of the rear house, offering a refreshing oasis. The cottage's exterior has been elegantly painted in a serene blue hue. Furthermore, they've installed a new outdoor water access point, perfect for rinsing off sandy beach remnants. The proximity to the beach makes for effortless relaxation.

Inside, the living room and both bedrooms boast flat-screen TVs for your entertainment. The kitchen showcases recently updated countertops and is fully equipped to facilitate your culinary endeavors. Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, with one of the mattresses freshly replaced in 2023. The living room exudes comfort, now boasting a new, expansive sectional couch to enhance your TV show enjoyment. A designated dining area is at your disposal, and the screened-in front porch beckons as a serene spot to unwind after a sun-soaked day at the beach. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood near Highway 17, you'll find easy access to the area's myriad attractions.

Merely a short distance from Barefoot Landing, this hub of entertainment invites you to indulge in shopping or relish a show at the esteemed House of Blues and Alabama Theater. A delectable array of restaurants awaits, including Taco Mundo, Lulu's, Wild Wing Cafe, Joe's Crab Shack, and the renowned Flying Fish, among others.

For those traveling with furry companions, this property welcomes 1 small pet weighing up to 35 lbs., A $200.00 non-refundable pet fee will be added. Additionally, a full-sized washer/dryer is located in the back, alongside a sleeper sofa that offers extra accommodation if needed.

All Guests must be 25 or older to book & stay. A responsible Adult over the age of 25 MUST be present at all times.

THIS PROPERTY IS NON-SMOKING. Minimum 3 night stay and weekly rentals in the prime season.

Lori’s landing cottage

Great location and the house was perfect for our needs. Kitchen well stocked with cooking pans since we eat a few meals there. We loved having the pool. I was a little worried about bothering the owner with playing music in the afternoons. But she said no problem she doesn’t hear anything in her house. She gave us tips on a few places to go. The screened in porch was great with having my dog with us.

Just perfect

My daughter and I came to Myrtle Beach for a softball tournament. The softball field ended up being 3 minutes away from this location which was fantastic. Also just a short walk to the beach. Easy to find and great location. Friendly neighbors and nice neighborhood. Would definitely come back to this place again.

Great Experience at Lori's Landing

The house was clean and had all the necessities. Location was fantastic. Close enough to walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Pool was clean and pool area was well kept. Owner was great. Couldn't have asked a better experience.

Girls Trip 2023

We made such great memories in this adorable little cottage. It was perfect and the location was a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. Friendly neighbors who were so kind. A short trip with my daughters and Gino (our dog) I’ll never forget.

Great little cottage

My family loved the cottage. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Close to the beach and easy highway access when you want to go out. The pool was just right for us. We will be renting again! Thanks again for a great place to stay!

Not As Great As Advertisted

The house and location with the pool was great. From a glimpse it seemed perfect. When we got there it was nice, but I would say for a beach house it was certainly lacking. Not many towels, the hand soap in the bathroom was filled with water to keep it going. Just not ideal. There was only one trash bag for us to use for 4 days. Overall it was fine but the beds were not that comfortable and the sheets felt like sandpaper. One of the pillows didnt even feel like a pillow. For the price, access to the pool, and of course location its good for a quick trip but I probably wouldnt recommend a stay there for someone I know looking for a trip to Myrtle in the future

Cute cottage, great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was cute and the beds were comfy. It was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and the screened-in porch were great places to relax with a morning coffee or an evening cocktail!

Honesty.

Where to start... First, unlike the other, dozens (literally) of property mgmt companies, this one requires you to call and make the deposit and final payment vs a scheduled debiting of your account. Second, you don’t go straight to the leased property. My wife and I leased a van for this trip. She packs our own linens, towels, wash cloths, cleaning supplies, blankets, etc. Upon arriving at the property, the owner is standing at the rental and without hesitation asks how many people we have with us. Intrusive and inappropriate. We emailed the mgmt company to let them know we were greeted with this behavior and to let them know in the first 3.5 hours we were there, the owner had walked by 3-4 times taking out trash, walking her dog, talking to neighbors (anything to see what we were doing is what it felt like). The next morning, my wife explained why we leased the van. The owner then begins a line of questioning like this relative to the use of linens, paper products and charges. Those are questions for an owner and property mgmt company, not for the lessee. Rather, it was directed at 2 people that have paid for a vacation, coming to be peaceful and relax. By noon the following day, we heard nothing back from the prop mgmt company. Indicative they weren’t going to try to move or help us, we called to let them know we were ok and were met with a dismissive, hurried excuse that they knew we were fine because others have stayed there before. She had not had time to get back to us. Poor, dismissive, service - at best. The cottage itself is not terrible. It’s old, i.e., door knobs very high, floors soft in the bathroom. Bathroom is so tiny, you’ll need to turn the shower off if you want to shave your legs. The bed in the master is comfortable as well is the sectional sofa. The washer works fine. Dryer doesn’t get hot so it takes forever to dry anything. There is a pool. If you’re fine hanging out with the owner, GREAT. If you’re looking for privacy and just yourselves, not going to happen. Summing it up, we paid A LOT of money for 5 nights and literally came outside on the 3rd day to the owner standing in our leased yard saying, “is this your dog poop?” Wait, what?! It wasn’t ours. The lessor beside us had a huge dog which we saw take a poo there, but we didn’t say anything. We just got it up. Glad the week went by fast.

Hello, Great location, house was very cute. the only thing i would suggest is the bathroom being upgraded. Toilet extremely low and the shower stall is small. there are also spots in the floor that are very soft in the bathroom and the bedroom adjacent to it. Overall it was a great house!

Great location!!

We had a great vacation! My 4 kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool! This cute little cottage is in a great location to the beach and nearby attractions. The property owner lives behind this cottage and she and her family are friendly and helpful. Having a family of 6 a washer & dryer was a MUST and they worked great! The kitchen was nice and equipped with utensils so we could fix meals at home and save money so we could do more attractions. I’d highly recommend this cottage!
