Our newly renovated ocean-view condo in a family-friendly Myrtle Beach resort is perfect for hosting your vacation or golf outing. The 3-bed, 2-bath condo comfortably sleeps 12 adults and has a fully-equipped kitchen. With these on-site high-end amenities, you'll never leave the resort: outdoor zero-entry oceanfront pool, lazy river & children's play area, indoor heated pool, jacuzzis, fitness center, restaurants, and convenience store. Plan your trip now before this gem of a condo gets booked!

The close proximity to the beach along with the upgrades and the resort's amenities make this condo an affordable gem where priceless memories can be made.

My rental features:

-Bedroom #1: hardwood floor, 2 double beds, dresser drawers, closet, HDTV, private bath, patio access, and ocean views.
-Bedroom #2: hardwood floor, 2 double beds, dresser drawers, closet, HDTV, and guest bathroom access.
-Bedroom #3: hardwood floor, 2 double beds, dresser drawers, closet, and HDTV.
-Bathrooms: two bathrooms, combination tub/shower, towels, toilet paper, welcome size shampoo, conditioner and soap provided.
-Living room: hardwood floors and traditional furnishings with queen size sleeper sofa, HDTV, patio access, and ocean views.
-Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, paper towel, utensils, and cookware.
-Dining area: dining table seating for six.
-Linens and towels, laundry with washer and dryer
-Elevator access from parking garage.
-Myrtle Beach access just one-minute walk from condo.
-Prime location just minutes from all Myrtle Beach attractions, shopping, and dining.

Guest access
The whole condo except the locked storage closet. Beach front access, outdoor pool, lazy river, children's play area, indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, on-site restaurants, convenience store.

Other things to note
The living room has a full-size, pull-out sleeper sofa.

Because we are not part of the onsite management program, we do not have access to the Water Park or the Family Fun Zone. This is a privately-owned condo inside a resort-style building. We maintain our unit, while building amenities and operations (elevators, pools, plumbing, etc.) are managed by the HOA.

Property was lovely and lots to do. The property was extremely dirty! Our socks were black. Moved bed to find plugged and it was appalling. No vacuumed and a worn out useless broom. Called owner and said someone would come. No phone call just sometime that day. We were gone the day he said they would come and then they where to busy. The towels were all stuffed in the dryer and had to be rewatched for us to have any towels. No garbage bags.
Check out the broom. No cleaning supplies what so ever This was just behind one side of bed

The location of the place is very good everything is very close to here. a little confusing to be able to enter the parking lots. the cleanliness I give it 8/10. the service was very good. ideal to come with family and with children a very comfortable place and I would come back and stay in the same place.

The location of this property is nice, but look at resort reviews before booking. When we arrived the toilet was clogged which is a previously listed issue in other reviews. The clean dishes were either dirty or had water in them. Thick dust blew in the wind of the fan from our ceiling, the hand soap was diluted with water that made it very thin, no shampoo or soap were provided, there was only 1 trash bag in the can (under it was a build up of gross substance). It is not a well stocked Vrbo. The cleanliness all together lacked. The water was shut off for a few hours for 2/3 of the days we stayed. A room above us had a leak and we contacted the owners as soon as it was recognized in their space. We got a bucket and emptied their closet/behind the fridge to dry the water. When the HOA came they left us with big noisy fans and large dehumidifiers with lines running to the sinks across the hall and in the kitchen, making them much more difficult to use. The refrigerator was left in the middle of the very small kitchen, making everything much harder to access. While this was a unique issue for us, we contacted the owners to let them know about the interuption in our stay, they gave us 1/16 of the money we paid back. They were not willing to discuss what we thought was fair and we never would have expected a full refund or anything unreasonable. Please read all reviews. This really put a damper on our nostalgic trip for my daughter's graduation. We left early to stay elsewhere.

All was fine. I thought after reading reviews from months ago about the toilet not working properly in the master br it might be fixed by now, but it wasn't. Otherwise, no complaints. Hosts were very nice and responsive. I really liked the location, easy access to the beach.

Disappointed and Discouraged

Friendly staff on the property as a whole, convenient location to the beach and restaurants. However, the lack of cleanliness of the condo left us surprised and speechless and very disappointed. We reached out to the owner of the unit with our concerns. They did make themselves available by messaging but….the responses weren’t one of addressing our concerns, even after sending photos. I’ve seen one or two reviews regarding one of the toilets having an issue thinking that this would’ve already been addressed by the time of our stay…but this was wishful thinking! Instead we were given instructions of how to unstop the toilet with the plungers that were provided. And stated that If that didn’t work, give it a day to reset itself, or something to that effect. This appears to be on ongoing issue. Although the condo met our needs in regards to the space, and convenience, this would not be our choice for vacationing in the future. My advice to VRBO would be to have properties inspected prior to renting to families because apparently I'm not the only one with this type of story to tell.

Not 100% what we expected

After looking at pictures online I booked a trip for to stay in this 3 bedroom condo with my family. One thing that stuck out was the owner sent us strict instructions about how they would charge if the towels got stained. The towels were already stained and looked as if someone washed them with dark colored cloths. They told us not to let children eat in the beds. No worries. The bedding was all white and stained, especially the cover under the mattress. One comforter had something that looked like pink fingernail polish on it. We had to wash the bedding before we slept in it. The floors were swept but not mopped. (See the picture of my son’s feet and the paper towel). The hvac vents were dirty and had black mold. The owner said the livingroom furniture was new but it was stained. I messaged them as soon as we got there to let them know how disappointed I was and how dirty stuff was and they passed it off and stated they go there 2 or 3 times a year and they would let the cleaners know. They bragged to me in their reply about how they always get 4 and 5 start reviews. That will not happen from me. Please know that the pictures they posted are very deceiving. You cannot tell how dirty the place is by the pictures they posted.

Great space!

This is a well maintained condo that has lots of space. We were a group of 6 adults and felt very comfortable. Great location to beach and restaurants . Owners were wonderful with communication!

Nice place, ideal location. Steps away from the beach, short walk from many stores and restaurants. The rental was clean and had plenty of space for all 10 of us. Kitchen had plenty of supplies. Beds were comfy and big enough for two people. Very convenient having a washer and dryer available in the rental. Would stay again :)

Mother's Day vacation

We had a great time. The beds were comfortable. Had 5 women staying and there was plenty of seating in the home and in the balcony. Garage parking was easy access to the room.

Beautiful Myrtle Beach

This was our first big family vacation and it was wonderful. We would have loved to stay longer. The hosts are amazing and give great information. The property could use a few updates. Example shower curtain, rod and hooks Rusty and outdated, wobbly tables overall fantastic vacation would definitely stay here again.

Glad there were 2 full bathrooms. 1 toilet overflowed. Maintenance was unavailable. Great location to the beach. Post more info about going to the indoor pool and hot tub without going outside. Enjoyed the pool and spa.
