Este condomínio atualizado tem tudo que você precisa para aproveitar sua estadia. A sala é muito espaçosa e confortável, com muitos lugares sentados. Há ventiladores de teto em toda a propriedade, assim você sempre será legal. Há uma cama king size no quarto principal com grande casa de banho privativa com banheira de imersão. O segundo quarto tem uma cama queen e o terceiro quarto tem 2 camas de casal, para que haja espaço de sobra para todos. A cozinha é muito grande e tem tudo o que você precisa para preparar refeições e desfrutar de um lanche rápido. Há uma grande TV de tela plana na sala de estar, uma TV de tela plana no quarto principal e uma no segundo quarto. Se você precisar lavar a roupa, há uma lavadora e secadora para seu uso na unidade.

    A proteção na varanda é perfeita para coquetéis à tarde ou para relaxar com um livro. Esta localização é tranquila e oferece vistas maravilhosas sobre o Norman Course. Great location!

Loved the location! Close to the beach, good food, shopping, and golf, if that’s your thing. Enjoyed coffee every morning on the screened in porch. The bedroom with two full beds was perfect for teenage boys. Kitchen seemed well stocked, even though we only used toaster and coffee maker for breakfast.

The property was spacious, beautiful, and clean. I did not like that the handle on the toilet was broken in the master bedroom. We called and spoke with the on-call person Marsha, and she stated this is not an emergency. I did not like that response. But over all a pleasant stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself was beautiful. The only issues that I experienced was the cleanliness of the unit. It needs a deep cleaning. The floors need to swept and mopped. There was a lot of hair on the floors throughout the unit. The tubs needs to be disinfected and cleaned. The area rugs need to be washed. I suggest that the company does a thorough walk through behind housekeeping to ensure that the unit’s cleanliness is up to par. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed staying here. Very comfortable and close to so much for everyone to enjoy. Have absolutely no complaints and looking forward to next time.

Not what we expected

Reviewer Comments: To begin a checkin time AT 4 does not work for us after driving about 7 hours. issues with the condo were : One of the recliners was broken, Garage and patio area absolutely filthy, bed in guest BR had a smell of some sort and had to move to recliner in den. Am sure the owners of this unit had done a good job with furnishings but if they want to be on rental program need to correct these issues.
