We had an Ocean view room when we arrived to the hotel. We did not know the hotel we arrived to was not our original hotel so we were really upset before we even got to experience it. We stayed in the beachfront rooms. It was very musky when you walk in very dusty. Our bed did have a bug in it and a few hairs that were not ours on the pillows. When we pulled the covers back to inspect the sink in the bathroom was very dirty. It looked like black mold. Coming from it we had to go by cleaning products. The toilet got clogged twice. We had to call someone once and we tried to fix it ourselves the second time the patio furniture had cigarette butts all on it from people throwing cigarettes. We thought this was a no animal hotel but people had multiple dogs walking them through the lobbies smelling people. Parking lot had a lot of people on drugs walking through the parking lot and it was very noisy above. Our heads. We smelled Marijuana everyday for 3 days when we opened our door in the hallway when we opened our door to the patio, we could not walk anywhere without marijuana smell. The pool was dirty. The hot tub was dirty. Not only that it was musky in there. The door was broken so anybody can walk in. It was no privacy. The staff at the front were very rude. They were not very nice. We would ask them for extra towels and they would just be very rude in their tone. When we were asking for things that we needed that was easily providable and they just seemed like they were upset
