THE CARIBBEAN RESORT UNIT 508. 1-KING, 2-QUEEN BEDS COMPLETELY-RENOVATED IN 2024

Unit 508 is a fully remodeled, direct oceanfront two-bedroom, two-bath condo located in the Cayman Tower at the Caribbean Resort in Myrtle Beach. Renovated in 2024, the unit features new paint, flooring, Lexington furniture, mattresses, & appliances, offering a fresh and comfortable coastal retreat.

Located on the fifth floor, the condo offers unobstructed ocean & beach views for miles. Guests can enjoy sunrises & ocean breezes from the large double balcony, which connects the living room & oceanfront master bedroom.

The condo offers approximately 1,100 square feet of living space & comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. The oceanfront master bedroom features a California king bed with direct balcony access. The second bedroom includes one queen bed & one double bed. The living room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa, & the unit includes two full bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, cookware, dishware, Keurig coffee system, & dining table. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, WiFi, and Smart tv's throughout. A Pack-n-Play, stroller, & high chair are provided for guests traveling with young children.

Guests enjoy contactless check-in with a secure door code provided prior to arrival. Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the six-level garage across the street & is first come, first served. Valet parking may be available and is subject to resort availability.

The Caribbean Resort offers indoor & outdoor pools, five hot tubs, a lazy river, a children’s splash area, & access to an adjacent oceanfront water park with a pool, hot tub, interactive play area, & water slide. Guests do not have access to poolside bars. Some amenities may be restricted at the resort’s discretion.

The resort is located next to the Golden Mile, known for wider, less crowded beaches, & is about one mile from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk & SkyWheel. Myrtlewood Golf Course & Broadway at the Beach are under a mile away.

the condo is fantastic and very clean. The resort is really nice and i love how it is on the very north end with no "resort" neighbors to the north side. We really enjoyed the stay and love the location, we will be back!

Family vacation

This is our second year at this resort, first year staying in Mitch’s property. The resort is great but his property is well above the ones that are resort owned. He made sure to include anything you may need or want within the condo. It was very clean, updated, and comfortable. Location was amazing and the views unmatched!

Nice unit

The unit was very nice and just as advertised. Communication with owner was very good and he was very responsive. I did not give 5 star ratings due to the resort being under construction the entire trip. We heard construction every day from 7 am until late evening. There was drywall dust and paint everywhere in the hallway which easily tracked into our unit. We also had no wifi for the first 3 days of our stay so could not watch tv.

Beautiful and VERY Clean

This place was beautiful! It was very, very clean! The only issues we encountered had nothing to do with the actual property. Not sure of the screening process of other property owners, but the people around us were LOUD!!!! Yelling, bumping against the walls/ceiling, etc.This is unfortunate for this property owner because the place was beautiful.

This particular property was immaculate, and the week was terrific as a result of this stay. the condo itself actually rented by a property owner was one of the best we have stayed at in Mrytle Beach.

Very clean, comfortable condo/communication with owner awesome!

Came for short trip to Myrtle Beach with my adult son and sister and we had a blast. The condo was very clean and comfortable with all amenities that you would need to stay. The resort was a little dated and it appeared as though they are trying to update with fresh paint in many places. Staff at resort were very kind and helpful. In a nice location and close to many activities including the airport. Would recommend and would stay here again!!

Clean, updated unit

We stayed here for a week in May. The unit itself is very clean, nicely updated and comfortable. We have zero complaints about the unit. All communication with Mitch was very prompt and he was very easy to deal with. The one negative thing I would say is that we didn’t love the rest of building as much as there was quite a bit of partying going on by the pool during the day. As well in the neighboring unit, there was very loud music until close to midnight almost every night. The location was well situated and very close to several amenities and attractions. The beach is great and we spent most of our time there instead of the pools. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome place to stay!!!

We will definitely book this place again! Very clean, spacious, close to a lot of restaurants, golf courses, entertainment and amazing views of the ocean. Spring Break 2024

Excellent location, great accommodations, literally no complaints! Everything about the place was perfect, the weather didn’t cooperate with the winds and cool temps, but our family still had a great time and would most definitely stay hear again! We even looked at units for sale in the resort. Don’t hesitate to book this stay, it’s definitely well worth it!

Wonderful from start to finish! Mitch the host was very good- fast getting back to me with any questions and with check in check out instructions. Loved that check in was a breeze - Mitch had our parking passes and pool wrist bands already in the room. The room was very nice and very clean too. Newly renovated and nicely done. The room and the whole resort smelled fantastic. The water slide and submarine was great in the big pool for the kids. Sea captains house restaurant next door had a bar called the “ shipyard”- we ordered lunch $ 20 (8 shrimp 1/2 lb of fresh lump crab meat with tequila infused sauce) and had drinks too and watched the kids play and swim. The other bar & grill by the other pool and lazy river was good too! Lots of areas for kids to play and lots of hot tubs too! Extremely happy we booked this resort . We will be back

Great Condo!

The condo was clean and everything was newly updated with a great ocean view. My only complaint was that work was being done in a unit below us and the drilling woke us up at 8:30 in the morning which happened 3 mornings otherwise the location was perfect!

Beautiful Condo

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. It looked just as the pictures showed, newly remodeled, clean and spacious! Mitch was really awesome, and fast to getting back with me prior to booking with my questions I had about condo/ resort. The resort has a good selection of indoor/ outdoor pools, and the pools were clean. The restaurant right next door was a plus, and had really good food. I really liked being at the tip of MB, on the closer end to North MB the traffic wasn’t bad at all, and you are seriously a two minute drive to Broadway. It really is a beautiful condo, and a very convenient location.

Can’t wait to return!!

The unit had just been remodeled prior to our arrival and everything was perfect. Prior to our arrival, we received a door code so we could go directly to our room. We unloaded in the 15 min unloading zone and then we were able to take our car directly across the street to park in the parking garage. Having a key code for the door was an amazing amenity. No looking for misplaced key cards. Upon entering the unit, we were greeted with the amazing scent of a clean unit and the most amazing air freshener fragrance. Nothing musty like you sometimes get at beach resorts. The balcony overlooks the ocean and the life guard stand sits directly in front of the unit. An absolute plus especially with little ones. Unfortunately, we did have to witness a rescue while there, but life guards came from every possible direction and were able to perform a successful rescue. The mattresses were very comfortable. Having a tempur-pedic mattress at home, usually we dread sleeping on horrible mattresses when on vacation, but I can honestly say, no one complained about poor night sleep or soreness the next morning. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils you could need. I had a quick question for Mitch upon arrival to the room and texted him and received very quick response. Also spoke with him via phone mid week and he was great to talk with. Highly recommend him for rentals.

Great condo, good resort

This condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were not comfortable but that can change with each guest. We did have one incident that needed the property manager to fix and he did so immediately. The resort is nice. However, the hallways are very noisy. We had to make a complaint about the rooms around us. Kids and adults were yelling in the hallway late at night. The resort manager did take care of it. Overall, was a good vacation.

I think Mitch was great.

I will definitely use Mitch in the future. He responded in a quickly Matter every time I needed him. I had to cancel my trip the day we were suppose to leave due to a family emergency and Mitch was so accommodating and understanding and let me rebook for a future date with no money loss or paying more.
