Communication with Thomas Vacations was terrific. They kept us up to date from check in requirements to checkout! We will definitely schedule with them again. The condo was very clean. The rooms were nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped for making and serving meals. We sat on the balcony watching the ocean. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing. We enjoyed our stay during Thanksgiving week.

An absolutely wonderful property with top notch furnishings and amenities. You could tell that this property owner truely loves this home. Could not have been more pleased with the cleanliness and customer support. The communication both pre and during our stay was extremely well thought out. A relaxing vacation indeed! Thank you.

Very nice

Over all good, i dont think i needed to check in to get a piece of paper with no critical info on it. Nice condo kids enjoyed the pools and the beach. 2nd yr staying in this building.

Super Fun Property + Great Location

Had a great stay at Sunrise Pointe 4G! Condo was great, with an amazing view! Has everything you need and more ! We will definitely be back !!!!!!!! Only 1 downfall … no water pressure for showers and baths… but hey there’s always the ocean !

Nothing better!

From the pictures online we thought this may be too good to be true but what an excellent stay it was. The location was perfect for us. A little bit of a drive to the amenities but perfectly tucked away. The beach wasn’t over populate and the view was breathtaking! Will book again!

Perfect View, Pleasant Stay

We had a great time here! The rooms were clean, and having 3 bathrooms was extremely useful. The views off the porch were perfect. The condo isn’t so high up that you can’t see the beach, so it felt like we were right on the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed, and they were nice quality pots/pans and utensils. The tv was great, only had trouble figuring out the remotes at first (there were many of them). The only potential downside was that all the pools/lazy river were closed for renovations during our stay. We only cared about the indoor pool since it was October, but it wasn’t really a problem. The ocean was perfect for us! Very clean beach in this area as well. We highly recommend staying here!

Relaxing stay

Check in was very easy. As in other reviews the Wi-Fi is super spotty, but wouldn’t keep me from staying here again. Parking is very, very tight but again not that big of an issue as long as the parking spot beside of yours isn’t on the line. Beautiful views, very nicely decorated! Only recommend that a Keurig be bought for the condo-we went and bought one to use while we were there. Hoping to come back again next year!

The place was bright, beautifully decorated, very clean, and spacious. Internet was hit or miss, but this would not keep me from staying here again.

Wonderful Condo

Condo was lovely. We’ll appointed , and clean . (It did need a can opener ) Beach was full of many college students ( fall break) , not used to that on this end of the beach . Only big issue: Parking is assigned and they are very tight spaces . Someone was in one of our two spaces. They made it impossible to park in the second. They did not have a parking pass. Signs are up that you will be towed if not im an assigned space with parking tag. We called the after hours number when we arrived. She was nice but didn’t have a solution. She then called a manager, she told us to take someone else’s space since we had a pass , they’d come to our door to ask us to move before towing. We finally took someone else’s spot, and hoped for the best . They were still there the next day . I called again, I was told they’d see if they could find someone to handle it . We parked in random places for 5 out of 9 days , until they finally moved. No one ever followed up with us . I was relieved every time we came off the beach that we hadn’t been towed . Again, condo was wonderful but the parking issue was not fun.

Poor accomadations

Had to call Thomas Vacay- maintenance out 3 times- beds not made- no hot water- enough seating in main room for 3- it supposedly sleeps 8. Unit not up to Thomas Vacay standards.

Needed get away!

I found this property on VRBO and it was located in one of our favorite areas. The condo was clean, roomy and well stocked with needed items. My only suggestion would be a couple of lazy boy chairs so more then 2 people could be comfortable watching TV. We had 4 adults so 2 of us would have to sit in a kitchen chair. The pools are smaller then expected and not in full sun. Over all we really enjoyed this unit.

The property was very nice. Just a few problems with noisy pipes in front bedroom by the entrance. Toilet in master had some issues with flushing. Otherwise very nice place.

Clean and Tidy Great Local. Short on Amenities

The condo was very clean and the location on the ocean was perfect. The condo lists that it accommodates 8 and there is enough bedroom and bathroom space but the living area only has a couch that suits 2 people. If there were more you would be sitting in a dining chair. The amenities such as glassware and serving pieces was very limited. It was fine for us as there were only 2 of us. The washer and dryer are ensuite which is nice but the dryer took forever to dry the clothes. There is an outdoor pool and lazy river but not sure how it would accommodate the building at peak use because they are very small . The 'heated ' pool is an enclosed space near the outdoor pool. Neither were available to us for the first half of our stay. We asked for an adjustment in our fee but we never received an answer from Thomas Realty. So vacationer beware. Location is awesome, spic and span clean. Not sure it would accommodate more than 4 people comfortably and in the future make sure of the dates that amenities are available.
