It looked like a murder scene! there was blood on the beds. Sheets weren't changed just made up. We found body hair in the beds. Dust everywhere the place hadn't had a proper cleaning in months every surfacewas filthy. We called the host who sent out the cleaning crew. They came out and changed the sheets and wiped down the microwave then left. We asked the cleaning supervisor was this a normal practice and she said "this isn't a hotel we just do the bare minimum. In the listing it showed 3 king size beds, 2 twin size, and 7 queen size beds when we got there all of the queen size beds were actually full size beds. The only reason we stayed there was moving 20 people to another location would have been a nightmare! When we checked out we showed the rental company the pictures and asked if this was somewhere they would have stayed with their family, they quickly replied NO! And that the property was actually scheduled to be sold so that was probably the reason for the lack of attention given to the cleaning.They also said they would try to get us part of our money back. We have called 3 times only to hear excuses. I wouldn't rent from these people ever again!
