Surf Shack is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home located in the ocean front Portofino I complex in Garden City Beach, SC. First floor has a living room with 42' HD flat screen TV, WIFI, 2 couches (one being a queen sleeper sofa), 2 reading chairs, game table/breakfast table, foyer, full bath, full kitchen, guest bedroom with a queen bed, dining area with a table for 8, 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter, and a covered oceanfront porch with stair access down to the beach & pool. On the second floor, there's the large master bedroom with a king bed, private bath with a walk-in closet. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs as well sharing a bath. A king bed in one and a captain's bunk and double bed in the other. Also there's washer & dryer, and a covered oceanfront porch shared between the 2 king bedrooms. Enjoy the large picnic table and a wooden swing under the carport as well as a cozy seating area. A small charcoal grill and medium gas grill is also provided. The carport has steps to the first floor. No smoking or pets allowed.

For your convenience, the Surf Shack owner provides 10 freshly laundered beach towels, sand chairs and some beach toys. For the younger children in your group of family and/or friends, the Surf Shack has a high chair and a pac-n-play.

Complex of 10 homes with community pool and landscaped common grounds. Front location in ocean front complex. 1 double bed and the single bed are bunks. Internet access is wireless. Covered porch. Approximate square footage 1800 square feet. Cottage nickname "Surf Shack". The pool will be heated starting April 1 through the last Saturday in May. In the fall the pool will only be heated the month of October, when temperature falls below 80 degrees. Pool heat is not maintained by Dunes Realty and no refunds will be given should the heater fail.
