- Beach/pool towels are not provided. It is recommended that you bring your own
- This single-story condo is on the 3rd floor and requires 2 flights of stairs to enter
- On the 3rd Wednesday of February, May, August, and November, the property will be sprayed, and the homeowner will need to access the property at some point during the day
- Your safety matters. There is a Ring doorbell security camera located next to the front door facing out. It does not look into any interior spaces. It records video and sound when activated by motion

Absolutely loved our stay in this wonderfully decorated home. Had every amenity that we were hoping for on our golf get away. Looking forward to coming back later in the year and for years to come.

Nice place overall. Did have a couple issues, no hot water in middle bathroom, cable tv box on main tv didn't work, also need to add a few blankets. All small things, had a good trip. Overall very pleased.

The place looked better in the listing pictures. The floor (wood type) was coming apart and the floor was uneven. Both beds were terrible, especially the master room. We were given two small trash bags and after a week of takeout etc we needed another Iā€™m not sure if there was no elevator listed or not. Having to climb stairs to the third floor with suitcases and golf clubs, thatā€™d be nice to know. Itā€™s an average and a bit run down place.

The condo is really nice. Looks just like the pics. It was really clean the community was very quiet and nice. We were a 5-10 minute drive from everything restaurants, shopping, the boardwalk, the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The view of the golf course was beautiful. Would definitely book it again.

The property was easy to access for the entire group, which was important since we all came and went at different times. It was also very clean and organized. The check-in and check-out process was straightforward and easy to follow. The community was very nice. The property had everything we needed and more. Superb stay!!

Place was pretty good, bedding needs a comforter or more blankets it was a little too simple. Living room tv would not work and couches were very tired. No elevator in the building.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this condo. We love the location, close to everything we wanted to do. Quiet area in general, other than hearing golf course mowers in the early AM, we didnā€™t mind. Pool area was clean and well kept. The condo was as described, could have used extra garbage bags, TP and fresh batteries in remotes. Beds very comfortable and nice layout for 2-4 people. Communication with the property manager was good and very responsive and accommodating as we extended our stay a few days because the weather was so beautiful. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great property overlooking the Palmetto and Pines Golf course. Conveniently located about five minutes from anything. Very clean and spacious. Would definitely book again!

This condo is very dated. Ni hot water in the first bathroom and the back eye on the stove didnā€™t work. I called the contact that was listed and no answer, sent a text and no one responded. The TV in the first bedroom was the size of a 19in tabletā€¦.which is usually fine unless you have bad weather Ava stuck in the house for hours with 5 people. Needs upgrades, repairs and better communication. The community is nice Iā€™ve stayed there several times through different owners, this just wasnā€™t the best experience.

Outside of the property being on the third floor, which I knew, the place was great. Spacious and well stocked with dishes and such. I would stay here again and recommend to others. The patio was great to sit out on during the sunset and night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property! The location was very convenient - close to the grocery & drug stores, a Target, a variety of attractions, the airport, the local mall with a really nice movie theater for a rainy day, and, of course, the beach which was a quick and straight shot drive in minutes. Parking was easy on the street ends at the beach and there are no crowds even on the July 4th weekend. We enjoyed the views of the golf course as well as the pool in the corner condo. We also loved using the pool. The pictures online are very accurate and the condo was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely return!

The unit was just as advertised. It was bright, clean, open space, modern. Great location on the property with view of the pool and balcony view of the golf course. Convenient to attractions and conveniences. Would definitely book again and highly recommend.
