*located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass

*minutes from the beach and all main attractions!

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics.

*Condo sleeps up to 6 guests.



The Space:

*2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very spacious condo.

*1 king bed, 2 twin beds, 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Large balcony with beautiful pond view.

*Sheets and linens provided.

* Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are not allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (6 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*NO MAILBOX for this location. Host is not responsible for any mail or packages delivery.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free.

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.



The Neighborhood:

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. 10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*Pool key is photographed before each stay.

*Please review my house rules.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

Beach House

Property was well kept. Received a parking ticket/warning for the front on my car being over the sidewalk. (Wasnt aware of that rule). Please let future guest know about this rule...overall stay was great...

Spring break family trip

Golf getaway

We have stayed at Magnolia/ Myrtlewood many times. They are a very convenient location for golf outings. We don’t spend much time in the unit because we are out golfing,eating,and drinking. The units have all we need to make us happy when we are there.

Honest Review

The apartment was clean but had some minor that are an inconvenience. The cable box in the main bedroom does not work. The ceiling fan light could not be shut off at night because the chain was broken. So you could not shut the light off at night to have the fan on. I had to take the bulbs out at night. The air conditioning broke on our second night of the stay. I contacted the owner and they didn’t offer any type of compensation or even an apologize for the inconvenience. They did have someone bring over two portable fans which did nothing to cool off the apartment. It was 82 degrees inside the apartment. I understand that things can happen but I would have expected the owner to make things right.

Nice and clean condo

The condo was nice. Everything was as advertised. Just keep in mind this is a second floor condo in-between two floors. The guest that was above us for the week was extremely loud. To the point of rattling our windows and chandler in the condo. Did not get much sleep at all. We didn’t know who to call on property and I should have mentioned something to the owner so that was my fault. I thought maybe it would stop. The property is very nice and I loved watching the golfers. However, it is a very strict property. My son and I was outside throwing his football, not around anyone nor was he horse playing, and we were approached and asked if there was going to be a problem and made to stop. My son is 18 and we were just trying to enjoy the outdoors. I would not visit this property again just because of personal preferences but again the condo was very nice and beautiful property.

We enjoyed our stay at this property while attending Run to the Sun Car Show 2022. Property was just as described and the owner was great to deal with. Would stay here again and recommend to others!!
