You will be blown away by this newly renovated, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, apartment located at the highly sought-after complex of Sand Dunes Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This ocean view condo is perfect for a large family, or a large group who is looking to stay in the same apartment! This condo will comfortably accommodate a total of 12 guests!
As of April 2024, this condo has had some beautiful renovations! We could not be more excited to share. For starters, all new LVP flooring and baseboards were installed throughout. In the bedrooms new bi fold doors were installed. Lastly all 4 TVs were replaced with new smart TV's!
Upon arrival, guests will enter through a small hallway. As you make your way through the condo, there are a total of 3 bedrooms. The bedroom layouts and bed sizes are as follows:
Bedroom 1: This room is the first bedroom on the left and offers 2 full beds. This bedroom features a closet for storage, dresser, TV with basic cable, overhead lighting, and a window for natural light.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom is located on the right and is directly across from bedroom #1. This room is almost identical to the room across the hall and features two full size beds, closet for storage, dresser, TV with basic cable, overhead lighting. The bedroom window provides great natural light. As you continue through the apartment, guests will find a full bathroom between the kitchen and the first two bedrooms. This bathroom features a vanity, sink, mirror, tub, shower, and toilet. Directly across the hall from the bathroom is where the laundry center is located. Guests will enjoy the convenience of being able to wash and dry their clothes without having to leave the condo. If bulk laundry is needed, it's important to note that Sand Dunes offers a very large coin-operated laundromat in the oceanfront building.
The next stop is the kitchen, and our guests will not be disappointed! Guests will be pleased with the oversized counter space and cabinets. The kitchen features oversized counter space, full size appliances, tile flooring, and more. The spacious cabinets are perfect for storing food and snacks, and many of them are stocked with all basic kitchenware and cooking utensils. All dishes, plates, silverware, pots, pans, and cookware are provided!
For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of incredible dining options, and many of them are within walking distance or a short drive from Sand Dunes Resort. To name a couple, River City Cafe is onsite at Sand Dunes. Within a mile, there is an Outback Steakhouse, Fiesta Mexican Restaurant, and the upscale Flamingo Grill. (These restaurants are subject to change).
The living room is located at the very front of the condo. The living area features ample seating for several guests and is fully furnished with a sofa and multiple accent chairs. Guests will enjoy the sofa, accent chairs, entertainment stand, TV, and access to the ocean view balcony. Being on the 16th floor, the view is absolutely incredible, and guests will enjoy unobstructed North-facing views for as far as you can see! So many of our guests have sent us photos of dolphins, boats, gorgeous sunrises, and colorful sunsets. The dining table and chairs are located in this area as well. The custom table and bench are super unique and make for perfect seating arrangements.
Bedroom 3: The last bedroom is the master, and it's located on the ocean side of the condo and is just off from the living room. This bedroom features 2 full beds, closet for storage, dresser, TV with cable, and access to a private bathroom. Guests will be able to access the balcony from the bedroom. The bathroom features a stand-up shower, tub, toilet, and an oversized mirror.
All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. Each bathroom is stocked with 8 towels, 8 wash cloths, 1 hand towel, and 1 bathmat. Sand Dunes also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, sauna, onsite restaurants, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit.
Other Amenities and Entertainment: **PLEASE NOTE** Our guests do NOT have access to the on-site waterpark or the movie theater. They do, however, have access to many other amenities such as:

Please note that Sand Dunes Resort is a non-smoking property, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony; any evidence of smoking will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit and may incur additional charges. Motorcycles and pets are not permitted at the resort. The kiddie water park located behind the property is privately owned and not included with this rental. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay at this property, and reservation holders under 25 are subject to fines and possible eviction.
