You will love this 3 bedroom Oceanfront fun and classy condo.

The dreamy views from this 10th floor property will keep you relaxed for your vacation. Arcadian II is in a highly desirable yet less populated area. Just put in a new sofa and loveseat. Also both bathrooms just totally re-modeled.This condo sleeps 6 with a King Bed in the master bedroom and a Queen in the second bedroom. The third bedroom has twin beds. There is a master bath and another full bath in the condo. Both these baths have been completely redone.

The modern and updated kitchen includes new and upgraded appliances. There’s a new 50” flat-screen TV for the living area and a television in two of the bedrooms.Fun and classy furnishings decorate this rental property including a new sofa and love seat. New motorized blinds for the sliders in the living and dining areas. Built in cabinets and shutters for the master.

There is a one-time cleaning after rental and a Linen Package which includes: beds made with supply of Linen(fitted sheet and top sheet for each bed and sleeper sofa) Towels(8 towels,3 hand towels,6 washcloths and kitchen towels):Bar soap,hand soap supplied along with trash bags,toilet paper and dishwasher detergent.

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and of course all the everyday appliances.

Something about our building Arcadian II

We are a smaller high rise; Yep only 6 condos per floor. No long waits for the elevator. No running down in the morning to save your lounge chairs at the pool. These issues are never a problem at our building as we have plenty of pool chairs and great elevators. Oh and no bad locations in this building as all are Oceanfront.

Our rear door is only 25 yards to the beach! Large parking lot with spaces close to the entrance! Bellmen Carts by the front door to help you get your luggage in and out.

Arcadian Shores section is right in between Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach in unincorporated Horry County. Our address is in Myrtle Beach but a little distance from the crowds. If you like the crowds on occasion restaurant row is 2 minutes. Barefoot landing is a 5 minute drive and Broadway at the beach about 15 minutes.

Everything you need!

We've been staying at the Arcadian condos for years, but this was our first time in this unit. It is not the most up to date unit, but one of the best stocked units. Would have liked more than 4 towels for 3 adults staying a week, but we were able to wash them as needed, so not a deal breaker.

Arcadian 2 - 10th floor

The condo was a great size for our family. Was nice to have a large 'living' area with 2 couches and a chair. However, we did not find the condo as clean as we would have expected. Hairs in the hall bathroom on the commode, the sink and in the shower. The chair in the twin bed room was dirty with something sticky along the side of it; we would not sit in it. There was men beard hairs in the drawers of the master bath. That's probably not something the cleaning crew would check so not really their fault I guess. When I moved the toaster and coffee pot around I noticed crumbs behind them as well as some dust in a few areas on the floor. We did some cleaning and disinfecting once we arrived. I am not submitting this as a complaint -- just thought someone might want to know the cleanliness was a bit below our personal standard especially since we as customers are charged a fee for cleaning. Also it seemed odd that the beds did not have mattress covers. In spite of these small 'bumps' our family enjoyed our visit and find the Arcadian complex a great place. Love the oceanfront location.

Wonderful

This was probably the easiest check in process we have had in 7 years of coming to the Apache pier area. The views from kitchen window and balcony are incredible. Everything was decorated so nice. The owner was very prompt in replying . Would love to stay here again !

Great Property

We had stayed here before and as usual enjoyed everything about this property. Two things: Shower in master may need some work door tracks seem to have come off in places and drain is slow. This one is nothing about this property in general but the pool side bathroom needs a code and there was nothing listing the code. Asked night watchman but code we received seemed to be incorrect. Again nothing bad to say but just giving some heads up on a few things. Thanks again for letting us relas and enjoy the beach while staying in your property

Clean, comfortable condo.

Clean, comfortable corner unit. Had a small issue with the drains, but Frank took care of that quickly. We have stayed at the Arcadian for many years and have never been disappointed. We cooked on this visit more than in years past and appreciated that the kitchen was well equipped.

Very nice condo, great location. Small issue with the kitchen appliances. Was able to contact property manager. Enjoyed the pool area security guards were nice, other owners/guest a little overbearing but nice. Would stay again.

Excellent Peaceful Get-away

The listing was very true to pictures & information. It is a beautifully decorated and clean condo right at a quiet area of Northern Myrtle Beach. The pool was very clean and never crowded. The balcony had a wonderful view of the ocean & comfortable chairs for us to enjoy in the morning & night. We loved this place & would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo!

We absolutely loved staying here!! Fit 2 families perfectly! The view is amazing as well as the closeness of the boardwalks within 15 to 20 minutes. Easy checking in checkout process. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful and clean condo right on the beach! Easy access to outlets and barefoot landing and 15 minute drive to Broadway at the beach! Would highly recommend staying here, very safe family friendly area.

Everyone loved the condo!

Our group really enjoyed the condo. From the beautiful views to the comfortable beds everything was great. The overall cleanliness of the unit was excellent. Frank answered our emails within 24 hours. We agreed that we would return to Arcadian Shores. Highly recommend.

Great getaway

This condo is in an ideal location right on the water so no need to worry about lugging everything you need for a whole beach day since it’s easy to run back up if you forget something. It was spacious and clean and had a great view of the ocean from every part of the common areas! I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!
