Getting Around:

I strongly suggest utilizing ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. You can also consider Turo for alternative transportation options.

Other Things to Note:

This room is smoke-free, and smoking is permitted solely in designated resort areas. Please adhere to smoking only in these specified locations.



This condo is privately owned and differs from a standard hotel room. Please treat it with the same care as you would your own home. In case of any issues, we'll make every effort to address them promptly, although there isn't continuous on-site residency available 24/7.



PER HOA - the loungers are for YARD USE ONLY. There are signs posted at the entrance of the walkway leading to the beach that clearly state that removal of yard furniture warrants a fine of $100. Also, brown chairs from the yards are being taken up to unit balconies, which is NOT PERMITTED. Also, as a reminder, the main tower is SMOKE-FREE. Smoking outside of the entrance to the building and in the hallways is NOT permitted.



Important notes:

- This condo doesn't have access to the onsite laundry facility.

- There's NO GYM onsite.



IMPORTANT NOTICE:

- Pest control schedule FLOOR 6-14 (JANUARY, MARCH, MAY, JULY, SEPTEMBER, NOVEMBER)

FLOOR 1-5 (FEBRUARY, APRIL, JUNE, AUGUST, OCTOBER, DECEMBER)

- Pools temporary closed until further notice.



- the pool deck will reopen on Tuesday, January 6th, and the hot tubs will be heated by 7th.
