Amazing oceanfront view of the myrtle beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Great for families and couples. Enjoy breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean and the sunrise.
Resort offers outdoor/indoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, exercise room. Indoor Parking is complimentary and guest Laundry is available on main floor of the complex.
Please be aware that access to on site restaurant, the gym and toddler waterpark across the street is not included.
Please visit also our other unit #921441 at the Landmark . Its a Oceanfront with a King size bed & murphy bed. Same characteristics and price.
All reno work has been completed and all amenities are functional and available.

Host was great! Unfortunately the rental had an unpleasant odor when we arrived. The host informed us to run the HVAC system to help air out the apartment, but after several hours the odor was still embedded. Similar odors could be found throughout the hotel. Host kindly refunded the cost of the remaining nights. We ended up getting a room at another hotel the same night we got there.

10 days at beach

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!

The woman who runs this hotel room is a damn NIGHTMARE, our key was stolen, this woman had the nerve to laugh on the phone about the fact that we could no longer entire our room for the night with all of our belongings, told us to rent another room! The most unprofessional, rude, and disgusting excuse of a host I’ve ever encountered, she will not be offering us a refund or any compensation, if you value your belongings, your money, and your vacation, DONT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Would recommend for those with teenagers

This building is near the Myrtle Beach airport. It is in an “older” section of the grand strand. The building was clean but older and could use some minor repairs here and there. The unit/condo itself was nice with updated features. There was a ton of kids there so if looking for a very quiet place, might not wanna stay here. The building has off street parking which was free. The only minor issue we had is that everything seemed “damp”. Again I think it is because it is in an old building. We weren’t in the room too much so we till her a lovely time. The owners were so easy to communicate with and very helpful. My teen age daughter and her friend thought it was great as many of the attractions such as the boardwalk were close by.

Family Vacation

The whole process of reserving this property was extremely easy. The property is exactly as listed, the only problem we had was since it was reserved as a condo unit we didn’t get to use some of the hotels offers, like the Starbucks. Other than that we loved the location and the room it self was just right.

Great getaway

The condo itself was perfect size. Wonderful location and view ! The property is aging and needs upgrades. We used the outdoor pool but indoor and hot tubs were uninviting. But for the location and distance from ocean for the price we had a great relaxing time.

Besides the view everything was just ok. I would rather have stayed in the hotel part so would have had are room cleaned daily. The room was not cleaned well was hard to get fresh towels. The building was not super clean either.

The Landmark property 937

The condo itself was ok. I would give it 2 stars...I’d absolutely never stay here again. The pictures on the listing were very misleading. The couch had gross stains all over it that appeared to be body fluids. It was somewhat clean, however, not up to expectations. The closet also was broken and would not open and completely stuffed so we couldn’t hang any our clothes up. The Landmark itself is absolutely filthy. Being here during a pandemic I assumed that they would be taking precautions. Hardly any workers were in mask let alone other people staying. No sanitizer around and no one monitoring how many people got on elevators or just wiping stuff down in general. It was a very uneasy feeling. In general, the facility is NOT CLEAN. I didn’t want to go to any of the pools based upon how the rest of the place looked. We stayed at the beach pretty much the entire time. Also, the workers and surrounding residents cat called us every time we walked out of our room which was extremely uncomfortable and unsettling to be around as an environment you want to feel safe in. I will not stay here again. Luckily - my girlfriend and I can have fun in a paper box which we would have been better off staying in.

Oceanfront condo weekend stay

We had a wonderful stay in this oceanfront condo! The king bed and the pull-down Murphy bed for our kids were both comfortable. The owners are wonderful and so quick to respond to any question!

Restful and peaceful

This property is located on the 9th floor facing the beach, which was very nice. The Landmark resort is on the older side, but some needed repairs are taking place. The pools are very nice and the beach is beautiful, even during the off-season. We were unable to get the TV, in the bedroom, working, but the one in the living room worked fine. What you could see was clean, but could use some cleaning behind and under furniture. The only drawback is the long walk to and from the parking garage.

Simply Awesome

Our vacation was fabulous. The Condo was perfect with a fantastic kitchen. Everything was up graded and clean. The pool was great and there was entertainment everyday. Lupita and Vito, the owners were super to work with. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful view and great location

We definitely hope to stay in this condo again. We loved the location and the view was breathtaking. We couldn’t be more pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. We had no issues whatsoever and enjoyed our stay.
