This condo has recently been updated with beautiful upgrades that we're thrilled to share with you. As of January 2025, fresh, warm paint throughout the space sets a welcoming tone, while brand-new stainless steel appliances elevate the kitchen. The entire condo has been furnished with new, stylish furniture, making it the ideal spot to kick back and relax after a day of fun. We're confident you're going to love it!

Upon entering, you'll find the cozy bedroom, which features two queen beds – perfect for a restful night's sleep. The room is decorated with beautiful touches and comes with a dresser, TV with digital cable, an AC unit, and blackout curtains for ultimate comfort. A closet provides ample space for your things, and each bed comfortably accommodates 1-2 guests.

The kitchen sits conveniently between the bedroom and living room, offering everything you need to feel at home. Featuring all-new stainless steel appliances, you'll have plenty of space to prepare your favorite meals. The kitchen includes a full-size stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, solid-surface countertops, and an abundance of cabinet space. We've stocked it with all the cookware, utensils, and dishes you'll need, so you can easily enjoy a home-cooked meal. But if you're in the mood to dine out, there's no shortage of amazing restaurants nearby, many of which are just a short walk or ride from the Landmark. For ultimate convenience, you can also take advantage of food delivery services like Uber Eats or DoorDash.

Right behind the kitchen, you'll find the split bathroom, thoughtfully designed with two separate areas. One side features the toilet, vanity, and a shower/tub combo, while the other has an additional vanity and sink, perfect for getting ready when everyone's rushing out for a fun-filled day.

Step into the living room, and you'll be greeted by breathtaking ocean views that will take your breath away. This space is where you'll likely spend most of your time, and with its stylish decor and beachy accents, it's easy to feel right at home. The living area offers a full-size Murphy bed (wall bed), a sleeper sofa, an accent chair, and a dining table with chairs for family meals or games. The room is also equipped with an AC unit and a TV with digital cable. With commercial blackout curtains, you can sleep soundly or watch the waves roll in without any distractions. Many of our guests have spotted dolphins, whales, and even sharks from the balcony, and there's no shortage of gorgeous sunrises and sunsets to enjoy.

The Landmark Resort itself is packed with amenities that'll keep you entertained throughout your stay. Whether you're in the mood to float along the lazy river, take a dip in one of the indoor or outdoor pools, or soak in the hot tubs, there's something for everyone. The resort also offers an arcade, a laundry facility, and much more, so you'll never be short of things to do. Plus, you'll have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

Travel light! We've got you covered with everything you'll need for a smooth and stress-free stay. We provide bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, and all the bedding you could possibly need. We also offer a selection of starter toiletries, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, so you can settle in and start enjoying your vacation right away.

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
