Relaxing week

We had a really relaxing stay. We had a problem with our refrigerator making a loud noise but the maintenance crew got it resolved within a day. Perfect location and the area is super family oriented.

Great Location

Great view of the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Four fast elevators made for short waits, even on move-in/ out days.

Great location!

Happy with our choice, because of location! Check in could have been better as packet was not complete. Met the Owner while there and they could not have been nicer. Unit cleanliness was an issue as many items were left behind by the prior tenant and not picked up! Bring basics, like even salt & pepper. Checkout was as disorganized as check in, instructions were provided last minute! PS - Would have been nice to know, no fireworks on the 4th. Lucked out as a couple of Owners did their own show!

Clean and spacious condo

Condo was great! Loved that they had security on site 24/7. This was our first time staying in North Myrtle and did not like the excessive teenage partying across the street and downtown area. But other than that, the unit was great!

Family beach vacation OBC

Place was nice and in good location. The master bathroom door handle would constantly stick and make it somewhat difficult to get out, and there were some lights that flickered that needed changing. One bedroom was missing a Roku remote so had to share btw two rooms.

Filthy unit, but great views and area

We booked this unit many months ago, prior to the other negative reviews regarding cleanliness of the unit. Had I seen those I may not have booked here as the unit was, in fact, filthy. Every surface had to be wiped down and the cloths were black when we were finished. You could write your name in the dust on every surface. There were many pistachio shells on the floor and under the couch, visible when you sit on the other side of the room. We found a used, hairy hairband in our shower. The unit has 3 full baths and we were provided 2 rolls of toilet paper. The towels were in a shrink wrapped package and included 2 washcloths and 2 bath towels per person, not a single hand towel. There are no beach towels included either. That being said, once we thoroughly cleaned the space so we felt comfortable staying there, the location and view are excellent. The building has constant security and is well maintained. The area is great for anything you could need as far as restaurants and shopping. We had a great time overall, just feel we overpaid for the condition of the unit. The $300+ cleaning fee is excessive as the unit was clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival - even the walls are dirty. Every bathroom had moldy grout as well. The unit is in serious need of a deep clean so you don’t doubt that any surface is clean enough to touch. Had us wondering if the sheets were even clean.

Nice visit

We enjoyed our time at the Ocean Bay Club. The only thing I would complain about is the pool. I purposely booked this room and paid a bit more to stay here because I knew they had a heated pool. So with 2 little children we were looking forward to it, however the pools and hot tub was not open. I was disappointed with that and would have considered a different place if I would have known. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Great location

We enjoyEd this location and the beach. We were disappointed regarding the cleanliness- floors were dirty, crumbs and found a pop tart under the couch. We were also disappointed that the pool was closed and we couldn’t even sit by the pool on the chairs and it was very hot! We had to sit by the beach, but had to find chairs in order to sit by the beach.

Couldn’t have been better

We loved this condo! Great location to the places we wanted to be. The condo was beautiful. So much bigger than we thought! Never had to wait long for the elevator. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook. We would definitely stay there again!

Loved the view!

My friends and I had a great girls trip here at the condo. Nice ocean view, easy access to the beach and pool. Nice ramp walkways to the beach. Makes it convenient for anyone with walking issues and allows you to bring a rolling beach cart down to the beach. The condo was nice and clean.

First time visit to Myrtle Beach

Very impressed with this condo…I have never stayed in a condo on a beach vacation so I was very Leary and nervous….I read reviews and was pleased with the, so we took the plunge. Loved it! Easy access to EVERYTHING. Condo was inviting, comfortable and just what we needed for a eeek on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property! Plenty of space for all seven of us. It was very clean with plenty of kitchen items to be able to prepare meals. The only bad part was we only booked a week...wish it had been longer. We will certainly be back.

Great Condo. We'll be back. Unbeatable view--like being on a cruise ship.

We had a great week. We have rented many condos over the years and this was the best one. We had 7 people & there were plenty of places to sit. The beds were so comfy. Well stocked kitchen. The whole property is wonderful--very clean. Plenty of security to make sure rules are followed. Plenty of lounge chairs at the pools.

Our new favorite place

I have stayed in North Myrtle yearly for the past 12 years, this is our new favorite place. The size, amount of bathrooms, comfortable beds, everything we needed in the kitchen and location plus cleanliness made it the perfect spot! We will definitely rent here again!!

Amazing!

This property was super clean! They gave us plenty of towels. Linens were on the beds. The view from the balcony could not be beat! Location was perfect. We could walk to restaurants and stores and Melt for ice cream. Pool and beach were so awesome! Will def be back!

North Myrtle Beach Condo

This was an amazing stay at the beach. The condo was modern and comfortable with all the things needed (except daily essentials like hand and dish soap, toilet paper/paper towel, and trash bags). We enjoyed our time and will definitely book again!

Great Oceanview & Beautiful walks on the Beach

Condo was very spacious and clean, we also had access from the building right onto the beach. Another amenity we enjoyed was the private locked entrance workout room which was great!

Beautiful

This condo was very clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean! The kitchen was well stocked and they had a nice starter kit of essentials. Management was responsive and easy to reach. We would absolutely stay here again!
