Welcome to Mimi’s Place!

10th Floor of the South Tower, the condo is a corner unit with wrap-around balcony.

For those that need to stay connected, we have free high-speed WiFi,

The master bath has travertine floor and custom tile Kohler spa shower with 3 body sprays, front & rear shower heads, overhead rainfall and jet spray with digitally controlled temperature and massage settings.

New bedroom & family room furniture/custom drapes/custom bedspreads have been installed.

Located in a family section of the Grand Strand, this 3 Bedroom condo has been meticulously maintained and has many upgrades including hardwood/tile floors, granite countertops and custom made furniture.

Spectacular ocean front views from the large wrap around balcony with high-end furniture offers the perfect location for a relaxing cup of coffee in the morning as you watch the sun rise over the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

Seawatch takes great pride in keeping the resort in tip-top shape from the beautiful manicured grounds to new carpet & paint in the common areas and brand new pool decks.

There are a total of 7 pools, 5 outdoor, 2 indoor. 12 hot tubs and 2 lazy rivers. All pools are heated fall - spring. There is an oceanfront restaurant, an ice cream store and gift shop also located inside the resort.

There is more than enough room for the family and friends. The ocean front master has a king bed, large picture window and access to the ocean front balcony. You won't find any full/double beds here, they are all King or Queens! The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds and an ocean view. The 3rd bedroom is a queen. All bedrooms have flat screen HDTV's installed.

The kitchen is a great place for the family to gather to work or watch. There is plenty of counter top to prepare meals and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. High end stainless appliances, tile floors & kitchen/bathroom cabinets.

The family room has 2 recliners, 2 chairs and a leather sofa which is a pullout queen sleeper. There is a 51' HD flat screen!

The unit has a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.

Mimi's Place

Great location, great host, and loved the 3 br with washer/dryer in unit for our family. Also, there was adequate seating in the living area and balcony for our group of 7. HUGE bonus!

Perfect for Families – Especially Baseball Tournament Crews!

We loved our stay here during our son’s baseball tournament in Myrtle! The condo was super spacious with tons of seating, which made it easy (and fun) to host other families—we could all hang out, catch up, and decompress between games. The balcony was a standout: twinkly festive lights and a view that made it easy to spot “our spot” from the pool or beach. Major bonus when you’ve got kids running around!The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the shared closet was a lifesaver—there was a chair and a small cooler that helped keep our player chill (literally) between games. And I have to mention the master shower—it was the relaxing retreat we didn’t know we needed after long days in the sun and sand.We’d 100% stay here again. Already recommending it to other team parents!

Mimi’s house was wonderful!

We stayed in late October. We had everything we needed and then some. The suite was very spacious for a party of 9 people including three children. The hotel was very peaceful. And the heated pools and plenty of hot tubs was great addition since the ocean was chilly this time of year. Would highly recommended!

This was our first time to visit Myrtle Beach. We were a group of five adults. The condo was just as described. It was very nice and comfortable. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Summer family vacation 2024

This was our first time staying in the south tower. Found it very nice and quicker getting elevators than when we have stayed in the north tower. The room was great, nicely furnished and master shower was amazing. would definitely stay again. Host provided everything that was needed. Thanks

Wonderful condo!

This condo was perfect for our party of 6. The condo is well furnished, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We spent so much time on the ocean front balcony so we were especially happy with all the seating there. The property owner was easy to work with and responded quickly to all messages.

Excellent location and property

We stayed at this Sea Watch ocean front condo during our golf trip. The resort has all the amenities we could ask for (hot tubs, pool, lazy river, beach access, laundry, etc.). The condo specifically was well equipped, clean and easy to access. We especially enjoyed the patio overlooking the beach and ocean, as well as the easy access to all main highways, stores and local restaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing reprieve from all that Myrtle Beach has to offer.

The home fit our needs. Beds were comfortable and plenty of seating for everyone. We didn’t cook, but plenty of kitchen supplies. We enjoyed our stay while visiting our daughter in college.

Spectacular unit made our holiday special

The unit had provisions in the kitchen to prepare a holiday meal for 10 people. The unit itself is clean, orderly, and welcoming. Its decor is beachy and personalized-very cozy and feels like home. The location is in North MB, away from the busy strip but very drivable to grocery, touristy places, and casual shopping. The owners are easy to reach, responsive, and very pleasant. It’s great to have heated pools in November and the folks in the complex are mostly families, middle to upscale crowd, and considerate. The view is fantastic and the wraparound balcony is beautiful especially at dawn. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. In fact, everything went smoothly from check in until check out. We would definitely be back. Many thanks to Tom and Jan for letting us into their space. My family had an excellent and memorable Thanksgiving.

This condo was perfect for us! Great balcony and views, very clean, great shower in the master bath, well stocked as far as pots/pans, utensils, cups, glasses, comfortable beds, and lots of pools and hot tubs. Also convenient location.
