Our condo is on the 20th floor of Oceans One, one of the most sought after condo due to the combination of ultra-modern architecture and contemporary decor with panoramic views of the coastal Carolina coastline.

Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach with its beautiful white sandy beach, our 1,347 sq ft spacious condo boasts all amenities you would expect from a seaside resort, including heated whirlpools, heated lazy river, heated Children’s Interactive Splash and Play area, and high-speed wi-fi. At the same time, you can live like at your own house by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room and dining area.

Our 3 bedroom condo comes fully furnished with an oceanfront master bedroom with a king bed, a king bed in second bedroom and two double beds in the third bedroom, with three private full bathrooms, one for each bedroom, luxury bed linens and towels, a modern kitchen with elegant dark granite countertop and GE stainless steel appliances. It easily accommodates your whole families. Go on a vacation with friends or extra guests? A queen sleeper sofa in living room will satisfy your need. Two oceanfront balconies, with one off the living area and one off the master bedroom. Travel with kids usually means lots of luggage and stuff? With multiple closet in each bedroom, that will not be a problem at all.

This condo was not at all as described, nor was the building itself. The building redid one wall of the indoor pool and used that as their marketing pictures to say "newly renovated". As far as the condo, it was furnished with what I would describe as dorm room furniture. Everything was old and dingy. However, the part that really grossed me out was the fact that it wasn't cleaned. The dining chairs still had trash on them from the previous guests so they were not at the very least wiped down. Everything was sticky and old. It was obvious the cleaning crew only swept and wiped down counters and sinks. There are no lights in the ceilings so everything is lit by lamps so it's dark and dingy. The comforters were old and are not washed in between guests. They smell and are just plain gross. There were only two extra blankets in the condo and I washed both of them the first night because they smelled like dirty dog, but I wanted something to sleep with because I did not want to touch the comforter. The first night we found two cockroaches. The kitchen did not have hot pads or appropriate utensils to cook anything and the drawers were filthy. The baking sheets still had food on them from the previous guests. We emailed with the owner multiple times, she offered to have it recleaned and pest control come, but that was the problem. No amount of cleaning could fix how old and gross it is. We switched condos on day 2 and the newer one was not any better. Just plain gross.

Myself, my mom, aunt and cousin were celebrating my mom's 81st birthday, we had a great time! The condo was just as described online. Was close to the boardwalk, and lots of great restaurants. Marco Polo Pizza was GREAT!

This was probably the easiest check-in I have ever had at the beach. The condo is set up very nicely to accommodate everybody it had everything we needed and Janet our host was great with communication and checking in with us to see if everything was good. The view from the balconies were stunning.. And the beds are a dream. Very comfortable.. great Beavh access. Also great access to a lot of things going on in Myrtle Beach. We will definitely be staying here again can't wait.

Would stay again

Two defensive line backer dads traveling with wives, one child, one toddler, and two infants visits Myrtle Beach. Find a double king bed, safe space for all the kids, prime location, great views, great host, quiet unit, access to amenities like kids and adult pool. Check check and check! High level floor I loved. Safe for all of our babies. Cons: this is a big building and so lots of traveler traffic. Needs another elevator. Smelled like weed at property entrance on first floor. -but no fault of the hosts here. Kitchen layout awkward with dishwasher and sink on top of each other. Made doing dishes challenging w ankle bumps, and yet we ran the dishwasher twice a day fine. All appliances worked just fine.

Exceeded our expectations! This condo was everything we wanted and more. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed being right on the beach. The swimming pools and hot tubs were fun and always at the right temperature. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the 3 bathroom provided everyone with privacy. The kitchen is well equipped and ready for whatever your plans might be. I definitely recommend and would not hesitate to book this place again.

Beautiful condo

The condo unit was beautiful with beautiful views of the ocean, felt like you were on a cruise ship. Waking up the views were wonderful. Had two balconies, which was perfect for our family. Lots of space to spread out and comfy beds and couches. I would stay there again. Janet the host was very responsive with any questions we had and provided great information for our stay.

Great location for relaxing.

Overall this was a decent condo. Title was a bit misleading given the fact we had a repairman in and out two days of our four day stay. Newly renovated would imply everything was fresh and new with zero issues requiring us to have to be burdened by a HVAC tech working in our condo while we are there. I will definitely look elsewhere next year when we're planning. The owner should make sure everything is 100% before renting at premium prices!

Nice Condo!

Nice place to stay at the beach. Location was close to a great pizza place. Condo was welcoming and very spacious; plenty of sleeping spots!! Beds were comfy, however the fitted sheets kept coming off during the night. Also, cabinets and microwave could’ve been cleaner! We enjoyed the pool and other hote amenities. Host was easy to contact!! Will stay here again

Enjoyed our stay

Condo was right on the beach. We enjoyed the pools also. Condo had everything we needed. We didn’t eat in the condo much however. Owner was very responsive to anything that arose. Our family had a great time!

Some of inside and outside cabinets dirty. Place could have been cleaned better. Bathrooms should be repaired looks like water damage by tubs. Inside hot tub water level very low entire time there we couldn’t stay in without spraying all over the place unable to enjoy. The elevators showed they haven’t been maintained since 2021. Lack of security to the pool area allowing outsiders in to use the pools leaving them overcrowded.
