Welcome to "Sip of Sunshine!" This NEWLY renovated and furnished Condo with beautiful coastal décor includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms on the first floor of "A Place at the Beach I" (ABATB I) located on the beautiful and private Shore Drive. (Address is 9560 Shore Drive; Myrtle Beach, SC; 29572; Unit 1o)

Master bedroom includes a Queen bed, attached full bathroom, 2 night stands, 1 dresser, closet, ceiling fan and 50" smart TV. 2nd bedroom includes 2 full-sized beds, 2 small night stands, mirror, closet and ceiling fan. 2nd Full bathroom in hallway. Coin operated laundry facilities available in our building on both the 1st and 2nd floor.

Kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, pots/pans and utensils. Includes dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker (with single serve option) and garbage disposal. Sofa and 2 swivel chairs, with 65" smart tv in living room. Central air conditioning. Private furnished balcony. Oceanfront swimming pool with our oceanfront building, available only to owners and tenants of APATBI. Beach chairs (4) and beach umbrella included for your enjoyment! 2 parking passes included (1 spot per renter ON SITE; 1 additional pass can be used ACROSS the street from building, based on availability) Parking spots are for cars only.

Our property is located ON the beach, next door to Ocean Annie's Bar (with live music during peak season) and River City Cafe on the oceanfront, with access from the beach. MANY other Myrtle Beach favorites within walking distance, including the Apache Pier. Golf cart rentals are available next to Flip Flops Bar & Grill. Kroger and Walmart are within 3 miles for any grocery needs, offering contactless curbside pickup and delivery service. The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel and "Broadway at the Beach" are just a short ride to your south. "Barefoot Landing" with ample shopping and dining options are just a short ride to your north.

We appreciated the first floor accommodations. It was nice not to have to bring linens and towels. I do believe the cleaning person or persons could improve. There was a dirty pan in the oven along with the coffee pot not being clean, (I realize it’s a previous tenants to clean, but it also should be the cleaning personnel to check to make sure everything is just the way it should be) I know they didn’t clean because the storage in the one bedroom and the closet there was a dirty washcloth and all kinds of dust bunnies. And when you get to talk to people and specially, the owners of the condos where gets around that they’re in and out 15 minutes top that’s not good! there was a lot of dead bugs and I also killed 1/2 doz live bugs. Maybe that’s because it’s on the first floor I don’t know! The bed skirts were the two beds are needs to be hemmed. My husband ended up hitting his toe, cause you can’t see. They did have the noodles to protect the metal frame, but not on all of them and ended up with a black and blue tie! Also the entrance into the condo could’ve been cleaned a lot better and organized! And because of the location. when Ocean Annie’s was bumping, you heard the noise in the one bedroom!

Great little property right on the beach. Love the hallway with place for beach equipment and the short walk to the beach. All the amenities in the kitchen to cook and very comfortable beds. Nice furniture and bathrooms and nice to have it include towels and sheets. Only negative was the laundry room and having to pay or use an app to do a load of laundry (surcharge to use the app). The floors were dirty when we arrived but there was a swifter vacuum for use that helped. Overall, great location and charming condo!

We had a wonderful time at "Sip of Sunshine". Steps to the beach and being on the first floor made it easy with small children. Hosts were attentive and responsive! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

The property was very nice and a great location. Convenient to shops and entertainment. A small problem with the air conditioning and the owner sent someone over quickly. There was a lot of sand on the carpet before you entered the condo.

This is the cleanest, best equipped , and updated condo!!! great views and direct view of Sands! One thing it does need though, is the blinds at the patio, many panels are missing, and that view goes both ways! I will be back!!

Great place !

We loved staying here , the location was awesome and it was very clean ! The check in process was so easy we loved that it was a key pad to get in the door and we didn’t have to drive somewhere to pick up a key. Communication was excellent, would definitely stay again !

Family Friendly

The condo was perfect for our family’s first trip to Myrtle Beach. The unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The property was well taken care of, felt safe, had a very nice pool as well as clean laundry facilities. We will definitely be booking again next year!

Rent this place!

Cleanliness is top priority for me and it was clean! It was well stocked, nicely decorated and accommodations were perfect for our family with two small children- first floor, two double beds in one room, close proximity to everything (including the Emergency Room ;-) ). The beds are comfortable, it’s a quiet building with a well maintained pool and beach access is easy. Owner was extremely responsive for any questions. I would rent here again. It’s definitely a Sip of Sunshine!

One of the Best Condos at that location!

My family has stayed at APATB1 since 2016 and this is one of the nicest, more updated condos that I’ve stayed in! My siblings and cousins even said that it’s really nice when they first walked in! The condo was spacious. I really liked that it was on the first floor right next to the parking lot, especially for carrying your groceries to the room. There were a few rainy days when we went and it was a great hangout spot for my siblings and cousins to play games waiting for the sun to come back out. After being in a few different condos at APATB1, we definitely recommend this one!!
