Julie was quick to respond to the few questions we had, the condo was exactly as described.. we even extended our stay by 2 days. We would definitely come back and refer our friends.

Photos can be deceiving. Condo was pet friendly, so there were some obvious damages that had been fixed from previous dogs. Chewed/scratched up bottom of door, bumps scrapes and things along those lines that had been painted over instead of actually repaired. The flooring made the bottoms of your feet black, not sure if that was from just being dirty or what. Stainless refrigerator was rusty and gross looking on the outside but did operate properly. AC units worked well and kept the place cool. There were spots on the sheets that looked like makeup. Bathroom was pristinely clean which helped. Couch was a pull out situation but was so uncomfortable to sit on. The floors hall we were on smelt funny. Pools and hot tubs all had sand on them which wasn’t a huge concern with the direct beach access. This condo could be so nice even for a dog friendly unit, but unfortunately there were so many things that just gave a little bit of ick. Direct host was always very helpful, but also receiving the buildings communications got confusing because of the different rules for the individual host.

Adorable little condo right on the beach. Perfect for myself, my husband and our little dog. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean. We were out there every morning and every evening.

This room was perfect for us . I love the corner rooms. Beautiful view. Only a few items the room needed, a grab bar in shower, an alarm clock in bedroom and a baking sheet. Had everything in kitchen except something to bake on Will stay here again for sire

Our stay was amazing!! The room was identical to the pictures! The beach was PERFECT! The hotel staff were pleasant and the property manager a breeze to work with. The pet friendly atmosphere is a huge draw AMAZING!

Was Nice for cost but a few things could been better and no late check out after asking for it

So the hotel was pretty nice. Some things already broken. Light in bedroom and one in living room door handle on pantry.. just some things here and there. Sadly we didn't have TV the first night without remote that sucked and matience didn't come the next morning and we just had to go buy a remote. Then the elevators it's only one set in whole building so you have to wait forever literally to try to get elevator ride so might well walk all them steps. Location was good and she got bad to me quickly. The bad thing they send 50 emails back to back then push for a early check in or late check out to make money but the day before when tried the links didn't work and we literally pushed it to be out at 10am. Check outs used to be 11am. I tried few times to even pay 50-100 extra that's just wild to give little extra time with kids and dogs because of this we had to rush out the beach and leave because we couldn't leave our dogs in hot car. That is what was most upsetting i would say. I would possibly stay again if I didn't mind rushing out the next day and the elevator waits mostly. But the cleanness was very good!

Check in was easy! The condo was in a great location, close to everything and right on the beach. The amenities were great and we loved that it was dog friendly! I will say the room was not cleaned very well prior to our check in, but the owner offered to have the cleaners come back if we liked. They were quick to respond and offer a solution, we opted to just clean ourselves. The Murphy bed was very uncomfortable but otherwise it was a good stay, and served us well for our vacation.

Little disappointed

The first day we spent tidying up and buying cleaning supplies, pillows,and laundry detergent because its the first time on vacation we have not been supplied adequate linen for the stay. We do have pictures of very badly stained bed pillows in which we went and purchased a couple of our own and we left for whomever else might choose to use. The badly stained pillows are left in the closet where the washer and dryer is. The seashore pillow on the chair,very stained, the baseboards dirty, the floors dirty, dog food behind end table, outside on the balcony, we never used because after a day of cleaning, I was tired of cleaning that was my vacation. Silverware drawer had sticky, stuff spilled in it. One of the utensil drawers had hair in it and measuring spoons had dried food, pictures also of all that, just very discouraging. All the appliances worked well including the air conditioner. There was adequate toilet paper, and pleased that there was extra trash bags so we could set our trash out every day. And then we have all these extra charges pending? And then on top of all that our vehicle, which we've had one month, got damaged in the parking garage from the water dripping down on it, which was like concrete mixed with it, on top of the hood. So yes, this has been a horrible experience! And yes that is beyond ur control but we had no choice to park under there. Just hate it for future vacationers, and it will happen if it rains. The rental agent was excellent!

Nice Spot for Price, Unique Rental Verification

We stayed here due to a family emergency and the spot was a perfect size for four of us and our shiatzu. There was a strong deodorizer used throughout the building, including this unit.The decor in this unit was as pictured, sets the perfect vibe for the beach, and two nice touches were really good handsoap and dish soap.The check in process was a bad experience for us, and unique from anything we've expetat any other VBRO. After booking, you're asked by the unit owners agency to provide a pic of your drive license, CC, signature and a selfie with you holding them. Felt like I was setting myself up to have my identity stolen, but we had no other choice.Overall, the stay met our needs- we rested well, helped with the family emergency and were able to wake up to a beautiful ocean view.

Awesome Views

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The apartment was great, pet friendly and the oceanfront view was glorious. It was late February so you never know what the weather will be, but at was lovely. The washer and dryer were a plus. The bed was comfortable which is important, a crummy bed can ruin a vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Baecation getaway

The location was excellent and we had no issues with communication with the owner. Unfortunately due to the incoming hurricane we had issues with water leaks and the storm had the sliding doors making a screeching sound during the entire storm. Also, the cleaning crew left behind the previous renters soiled linens in the bathroom. We contacted the owner and they were extremely concerned and nice but we never saw the maintenance crew come check the water leak. Luckily my husband checked things out since he’s maintenance himself. Seems there’s been a previous issue before we arrived. The building itself needs some updating but overall the condo was nice and well decorated and looked very clean, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Pet Friendly Condo!

The condo was perfect for me and my husband traveling with our dog. The view was outstanding! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Keyless entry is a plus! Everyone at the rental company was fast to communicate and texted us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The property itself was very clean. There was always staff cleaning the lobby and elevators. We loved meeting other people that were also traveling with pets. We had a wonderful time!

Sorry but not sorry

The pictures does not do the property justice. When we arrived we was like this is nice. But when we started checking because we didn't want to get charged for something we didn't do we noticed things. The windows were dirty as well as the ledges. The sofa was stained. When we pulled the sofa bed and the murphy bed out there were hairs on the mattress covers. The linen that was provided in the closet was not clean. Had stains on it and one had dried food on it. We only stayed there for one night. We notified the rental people of the issues and were told they would make a report as well as the property manager. It was easy to heck in. The bed was very comfortable. The view was nice. The kids enjoyed being on the balcony and enjoying the weather and seeing the people on the beach. The price was reasonable for one night. Overall it was nice, but bring your own linen and towels and Lysol. This condo isn't professional cleaned as it states.

Yearly Vacation

This Condo was super. Clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Host was very responsive to messages. Was so happy that we were able to bring our fur babies with us. Will definitely stay here again.
