Nice oceanfront location, needs updating
Overall, the condo is at a nice ocean front location. There's plenty of pools and chairs with direct access to the beach. The unit has basic amenities for a family of four to stay. We have a member in a wheelchair and found it easy to move around and get to parking across the street. The older tub/shower combos are a challenge for accessibility needs. The unit is a bit dated and beat up in certain areas and could use a bit of refresh beyond the new floors. Everything on the patio is rusted or torn up, but it is a great place to relax and view the beach. There are no beach towels or chairs, so either bring them or buy them. We were disappointed to find the large amount of open weed use in the hallways, elevators, and adjacent balconies, causing us to close the door or go inside several times. Adventure Kingdom is across the street for the kids along with parking. Again, a good place to stay for the price with a few desired enhancements.

Beautiful location Family Friendly
Loved the properties amenities, pool was heated. Mattress in master is a firm mattress, which for my husband was perfect. No problems at all with the unit. It was clean and a wonderful stay.

Great location!
The property delivered as promised - oceanfront view, access to heated pools, jacuzzi, lazy river, fitness facility- everything you could want in a vacation. Minutes away from groceries, department stores and all kinds of attractions. Something for everyone! Highly recommend 😊

Great Girl's Weekend

Just what we needed
The condo was tidy and just what we needed for our family. It was centrally located which made it convenient for us. While there we had an issue with the television. Despite being on her own vacation, the owner responded promptly and addressed the issue within 24 hours. Could not ask for better communication.

Could have been better
Everything was good until I found a roach in my bathroom, contacted the manger and all she said was “ Is it roach? I will contact our pest control company. They do monthly service for our condo. I will ask them to do a treatment.” My stay was not important according to her response…and the pillows has stains on them…

Great location!
Very impressed by this property. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable with a great view of the beach. Linda was very clear and organized in providing all the info for check-in and check-out. Very smooth and easy process. Highly recommend!

Clean, Spacious Condo with Jet tub in Master Bath and decent size balcony.
The location was really in a good area close to many things. The building was new and in great condition. The pool was awesome for a family. The beach was clean. The jet tub was a bonus; helpful hint: you have to turn on a breaker to turn on the jets., which is located in the 2nd bedroom.

Wonderful view!
The condo was nice but needs updating. If you plan on making a family dinner, bring your dishes..there’s very little to work with. Only one wine glass..just saying. Sand was everywhere..even in the bed. Bring socks..the floor was dirty. We vacuumed when we got there. Hadn’t even been to the beach! The owner was very responsive.

Family Spring Break
The view from this unit is fabulous. It was wonderful to wake up on the beach, hearing the waves. The pools were wonderful and the walk to the beach was very short. The unit was nice and spacious. We enjoyed walking to everything that was near by. It would have been nice to have beach towels to go with the beach chairs.

Just what we needed!
This oceanfront condo was just what we needed for a month of R and R . The property was as described and the ocean views were splendid. Even saw dolphins daily. It was close to several restaurants and attractions. Perfect. The property manager Linda was so helpful. She made checking in and out a breeze. When we needed a couple of answers, she got right back to us. Definitely will stay here again?

Perfect room location
Third floor room directly over the lobby and looking into the pool. Sandy Beach resort offered lots of pools and hot tubs and very nice staff. The rooms were clean and so many extra pillows and blankets was nice. The kitchen was well stocked only thing I wish was the knives were sharpened. The bedrooms are windowless but allows for pitch black sleeping. Bathrooms are good. But worst toilet paper ever, bring your own. Sadly the guests around us were horrid. On two different days say a man put his hands down women’s bathing suits in the hot tub. 3 am fireworks outside the balcony, people throwing stuff in the pool from windows and young adults screaming and banging on doors at 2 am. Myrtle beach during spring break was crazy We enjoyed the rooms and the convince to other locations. Also the store across the resort is a rip off $6 for a gallon of milk. Drive 10 minutes to the Walmart. I would stay again just not during Spring Break, we learned our lesson.

Clean, fantastic view, we really enjoyed the roku tv! We were able to stream classic Christmas movies. My son was in town for a difficult exam, this rental turned a drudgery into a fabulous retreat!

My family had a great week at Sandy Beach. Linda's property was just what I expected from the Vrbo website. I couldn't find the room no. on my e-mails and she returned my call within 5 minutes and resent me the information. The condo was clean and well maintained. I would stay there again.

Amazing Location
My husband and I spent two months in this condo at the beginning of 2020. The location can't be beat! We had such a good vacation. When we first arrived there were a few issues but Linda was quick to respond and worked with us to correct them. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Fabulous Luxury Ocean Front 2BD/2BA Condo
The owner Linda was truly hospitable and answered back quickly to any and all questions. The condo was as advertise with the furnishings and washer/dryer. Since the condo was beautiful and had the room as advertise, we invited my boyfriends brother and fiancé over to celebrate my boyfriends 60th birthday on Oct 2nd. They live in Charleston SC, just 1 1/2 hrs.' away. They had not stayed in an Ocean Front Condo, so they were 'WOWed'. They had only stayed in fancy hotels. This condo changed their minds. Even tho' it was only 4 of us, whenever someone had a personal call, they could leave the Living Room and go to the bedroom for a private conversation or to the balcony if no one is out there. We were on the 3rd floor. The parking is the only thing that Linda can not control, please put your patience on your shoulders, you will need it. Marlene J -- Oct 2020

Awsome place! Great vacation!
We had a fabulous stay at this resort. Great location. Nice resort, which sits right on the beach. The unit itself was prefect, very clean and exactly as advertised. Enjoy a lot on the spacious balcony. Living room has plenty of room, with a nice Sofa and a big smart TV. Beds are comfortable. Linda is so nice and responsive to all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Linda is great to work with and quick to respond if needed. Had a issue with the master bathroom and she quickly addressed it for us by sending in the cleaning crew. I would suggest to follow up on the cleaning crew to make sure they are throughly cleaning the condo each time.

Bad Landlord
The hotel was ok but it was mold in the master bedroom bathroom on the shower curtain 🤦🏾‍♀️ the furniture was very old and the landlord accuse us of stealing some old blankets smh. I suggest you guys book through the hotel website bc these sites are ripping people off.

Sorry we had to keep the deposit, even though it won’t cover the loss of two new blankets, burnt marks on furniture due to you smoked in our condo which is against the rental agreement you signed with us, extra cost of deodorization, extra costs to resume a trashed place by your party. Our resort is one of the newest resort in the area, We just upgraded some furniture including a new couch, and love seat, new balcony furnitures, and beddings. With all these five star reviews we received from our prior guests, I am afraid your review doesn’t show lots of credibility.

The condo was very comfortable and nicely equipped except for 2 things. The toilet paper provided was a very cheap 1 ply and the water jets on the Jacuzzi bath tip was shut off. Check out early on your last day as it can get very crowded and 20 minute wait for elevator

Great Quiet Getaway
This property was prefect for a couple of days at the beach for us. I have to say that if it were the middle of the summer when it was very busy this would be located too close to town and would be too crowded for me. The unit itself was prefect, clean and exactly as advertised. I would definitely stay here again in the off season.
