We are close to everything the area has to offer: fishing piers, golf courses, great restaurants, Tanger Outlet, Barefoot Landing, mini golf, live theater shows & more. And we are only a few steps to the beach and the famous Ocean Annies.

Welcome to your beachside retreat! Our beautifully remodeled oceanfront condo is the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy all that Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The updated kitchen comes fully stocked with all the essentials of home, making it easy to prepare meals or snacks during your stay. Enjoy a complimentary coffee or tea to start your day right. There’s seating for six in the dining area, perfect for family meals or a casual breakfast before hitting the beach.

Spacious Living Area:
The living room features two full-size sofas, one of which converts into a queen-size sleeper—ideal for extra guests. Relax with your favorite shows and movies on the large Roku TV, or gather around for a fun night of board games. Step outside to your private balcony and take in the breathtaking views of both the ocean and marsh.

Comfortable Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Master Bedroom: Unwind in a king-size bed with a
comfortable memory foam mattress. This room includes a Roku TV, a full-size dresser, a spacious closet, and private access to the balcony for those serene morning or evening moments.

Guest Bedroom: Features two twin beds with cozy memory foam mattresses, a Roku TV, and storage space in the closet and small dresser—great for kids or additional guests.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms—one in the hallway and a private en-suite in the master—provide plenty of space and convenience for your group.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo except for 3 small locked closet spaces where our housekeeping cleaning supplies are located.
Other things to note
Please note we are located on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. There is also a community laundry room located on the first floor that has coin operated machines.

Only 1 parking pass provided to guests per HOA. Strict NO PETS and NO SMOKING policy per HOA rules.

I have a minimum 7 night stay during the peak summer season and a minimum 3 night stay during off season starting in September.
