The space
The balconies are large and oversee the ocean and even down toward Myrtle Beach for amazing sunsets. The sliding glass doors may be opened so you can hear the crashing waves and the soaring seagulls without leaving the comfort of your private rental. Wireless Internet access is available so bring your laptop or tablet and stay connected with friends or work while you enjoy the proximity to the beaches. An on-site gas grill might be enough to encourage the chef in your family to cook something scrumptious outside during your North Myrtle Beach vacation.

The building is the highest-end building in all of Myrtle Beach, known for being the most prestigious and luxurious building there is. It offers 24 hour security, a front desk, on-site maintenance, 4 elevators, a large outdoor pool, a children's/kiddie pool, tennis courts, putting green, game room, driving net, small restaurant, panoramic upscale cocktail lounge and also a Tiki poolside bar. It has weekend live entertainment in the summer, secure access to the beach and more.
Guest access
You will have full access to the entire condo unit. You also have full use of the amenities in the building -- the pool, tiki bar, ocean bar. Should you wish to use the workout facilities or sauna, a separate key is available for you to do so.

Parking will be on the upper deck. You may have one vehicle (regular-sized, not oversized). No motorcycles are allowed on the premises.
