Direct Oceanfront 3BR/2BA, Park on same level as condo

Camelot by the Sea unit#601 is a direct oceanfront 3 Bedroom/2 Bath unit that offers 1400 sq ft of living space. You can park on the same floor as the unit which makes for easy loading and unloading during your stay. The unit sports a full kitchen. dining area and living room. The master is located facing the ocean and shares a large balcony with the living room. This south facing corner unit has great natural light filtering into the unit`s main living area making bright and airy.

Our units are being prepared and cleaned per CDC recommendations.

This unit is a direct oceanfront corner unit located on the 6th floor and has a fully stocked kitchen with a living room and dining area. There is a king bed in the Master bedroom with an in suite bathroom and is right on the ocean with balcony access. The second bedroom features a queen bed and one bunk bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are flat screen TVs in each bedroom plus a large flat screen TV in the living room. There is a high chair and a pack and play in the unit.

There is a gigantic 90 foot indoor heated pool, an oceanfront 60 foot outdoor pool, kiddie pool with a mushroom waterfall and an over-sized sandbox on the pool deck. There are two generously sized hot tubs and a gorgeous oceanfront lawn for sunbathing. There is also a large indoor lazy river. Camelot also has an onsite fitness facility, convenience store, game/computer room, a printer, internet access and a guest laundry and play area. Towels and linens are provided for your stay!


The parking is the best feature of this condo. There are 3 free parking included with the rent. You just park by this condo and walk to your unit. So no loading and unloading to the cart and take an elevator.

About the area:
There are many fun filled family activities a short distance from the condo. The Pavilion, a family theme park is a short walk away. There’s also Ripley’s Aquarium featuring thousands of sea creatures. The area is filled with miniature golf courses, shops, water parks, mini-race tracks and eateries all just a short distance from your doorstep. There are shows playing at the Carolina Opry Theater, The Legend, and Palace NASCAR.

Myrtle Beach is a golf haven with over 100 golf courses to choose from offering various competitive levels and a full range of prices that can accommodate any budget and all within a short drive from the condo. There are many restaurants and shops to fit every taste.
This is a non-smoking unit and there will be a $300 charge if it is discovered that someone in your party smoked inside the unit or on the balconies.

This is a no pets allowed building and if you bring a pet into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300.

You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old.

There will be no additional charges if the following provisions are met:

• No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition it was given in
• Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner
• All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans are left cleaned and orderly
• No linens or household items are missing or damaged
• No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner
• The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies
• No pets of any kind are kept on premises
• No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium
• Loud noise is not permitted in the building, the property or unit
• You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner

Cancellation Policy:
• You will receive your full deposit back if you cancel 60 days prior to check in
• You will lose all paid rental funds if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of check in
• If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your reservation immediately and retain all payments made to date unless it is more than 60 days prior to your check in
• We reserve the right to increase the damage deposit for any rental if any of the above provisions are not met

We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your party are made aware of these prior to checking in.

Tenant agrees to the following:
1. Maintain the premises in good condition.
2. Use premises in a careful and Lawful manner.
3. Vacate premises at the expiration of the term by the departure time.
4. Excessive cleaning expenses will be charged to the credit card on file or retained from the damage deposit.
5. Be responsible for and reimburse owner for replacement or repair of any damage to the condo or contents thereof caused as a result of misuse, neglect, negligence on the part of the Tenant or Tenant’s family, or guest for damage done above the amount held for the damage deposit.
6. Hold Owner harmless from any claims, action, damages, liabilities and expenses in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage or loss to personal property, arising from or out of any occurrence in, upon or at the leased premises, occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of Tenant, or Tenant’s family, or guests or as the result of any defective item on the premises.

Nice unit. Nice and clean. Parking is a major plus! Good location. Couple of things...the refrigerator is due to be replaced, and some guidance on the TV's would help. Some got different channels than others. Overall, I would give it an "A" and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Colony by The Sea. The condo was excellent. Very clean, fully stocked. Its on the sixth floor direct ocean view with easy beach access. Check in is very easy. The condo is located close to the Myrtle Beach strip, which offres something for everyone. I've been to Myrtle Beach many times this place is one of the best places I've stay at yet. Planning to book it again next visit.

The pics online are more or less accurate regarding the condo. The building itself is absolutely disgusting. When we first arrived I was terrified that I had been duped. The hallways are filthy, the carpets and doors are so dirty and scuffed. The apt itself is very clean and in good condition forvthe most part. The location is so convenient right on the beach and the pool and hot tubs are great. The owner is great to communicate and I would def book wothbher again. But the Camelot building is atrocious.

Very good stay

We had a very good stay. It was very clean when we arrived and the owner’s communication with us throughout the time from when we booked to the end of our stay was excellent. The location of the building is great as well. There are several good restaurants and other activities within walking distance, and nothing we wanted to do was more than a 15-20 minute drive. So we had a great trip!

Perfect!

We loved this property! Very convenient parking right outside the condo. The accommodations were beautiful, clean and exactly as described. I will book this property every time I get the chance. Great communication with the owners, very responsive and thorough. We had absolutely no complaints. I 100% recommend!

I gave the property 4 stars on some, only because I had issues contacting the host the first day we were there. Other than that it was a wonderful stay, clean and comfortable. I would DEFINITELY stay again, and would recommend to anyone.

This resort is in a great location the the grounds and facilities were amazing. Right on the beach! The unit had everything that we needed for a weeks stay. However the unit is a little tired and needs a refresh. Hosts Rufia and Frank were great and got back to us very promptly when we contacted them. Good value and will probably return

Great location

Is in a great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and amusement park. They have 2 hot tubs, 2 swimming pools, kids wading pool and a very nice lazy river. Problem is, people from other locations coming in through outside gate and using facilities. Owner responded quickly when called with internet problems. Only negative is noisy and uncomfortable mattresses.

Great place!!!

Awesome location, property was clean, and the parking on the same level was beyond helpful. Walking distance to pretty much anything you need. The only complaint I have is the mattresses are very loud and if anyone moves around it will wake you up it’s so loud. Over all, great experience, just need new mattresses.

Christmas Vacation

Communication was very poor. The pictures need updating. One of the reasons we chose this particular place was because it showed there was a Dunkin Donuts attached. That is not true and apparently hasn’t been for a couple of years. The Camelot was great. The kids loved the lazy river, big pools, hot tub and had easy access to the beach! The location was great as well! Within walking distance of the places we wanted to go.

Wonderful stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was as described. Condo was beautiful. The only “issue” we had was some of the electrical outlets did not work. We didn’t let that ruin our stay and still had a great time. It was really nice the owners start you out with some paper towel and toilet paper. Gives you time to go to the store. Washer and dryer were clutch! We had no dirty clothes going home! Not the property owners problem but I’ll mention it - there was also a homeless man sleeping on the entrance way to the beach by the outdoor shower heads. He had boxes and bags and stunk. Pretty sure he was using the shower area for a bathroom. Shocking the condo staff didn’t ask him to relocate. Thanks for the great memories.

Great condo, great location. The only negative i have is that there's not a dunkin on the property anymore. It was pictured on the website for the condo.
