We are located in a super cute "retail - residential" building right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean . There are many family owned businesses on the property which include: Pizza shop, Beachwear boutique, Ice Cream shop, Visitors center, Convenience store and Breakfast Cafe' !!

Ocean & Park views from the balcony and bedrooms. Great area and close to everything Myrtle beach has to offer .

Planning a family trip is stressful, especially when it comes to accommodating so many people. I’ve booked bnb in the past that actually added to my stress. Luckily, this place was almost everything that I was looking for (I’m lazy and don’t really like stairs :) the host responded in a timely manner, it was close to amusement park and the beach, they had chairs and kid toys available for fun in the sun. The entire process of checking in and out was simple. It made me feel as if I was staying at a family members house and not a bnb. I truly recommend this home and look forward to staying here in the future

It was alot of stairs and was not clean properly and molding upstairs. The washer was out of order nothing to really cook in. The location was nice just need to fix the inside.

Walking distance to the beach and shops. Noisy envrioment.

The property was well maintained. We didn't realize you climbed stairs to to get to the main level,then had to climb another flight of stairs to get to the other 3 bedrooms.There is 1 bedroom with 2 queens and a full bath on the main level. The street outside 3 of the four bedrooms were VERY loud with motorcyclists driven and revving into the wee hours of the morning. If you have young children or light sleepers you will not get a good night's sleep.Every thing else was wonderful. The beach is easy walking distance. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and a bunch in easy driving. There is the beach side amusement park within sight and a couple of beach stores around the amusement park. We had our family 6 my daughter and MIL and family 6 and we didn't feel crowded. We had kidsages 1-6 and teenagers and adults 13 and up to 2 young grandmas. Be careful when booking you understand all the taxes,cleaning fees, etc. We would consider renting here again if not for the motorcycle noise at night.

Property was large, clean and in a great location. The beach was a block away with a coffee shop and gift shop in the same building. Would definitely stay here again!

Do not stay here

My friends and I ( 12 of us in total ) booked this place months in advance before our trip. I was in contact with the property manager Kyle multiple times before our trip with different questions about the place which he answered for me. The last time I spoke to him was the Wednesday before our trip and that was when he gave me the access code to get into the place. Friday comes around and we got to the beach early to have some beach time before check in. I messaged Kyle around noon if we could check in early because we were already at the beach for a few hours. Kyle then calls me after I messaged him to tell me that he double booked the place and my friends and I have no where to stay. We all drove an average of 6 hrs to get there. Kyle then told me maybe one of his “friends” has a house for us and that he was calling VRBO. Kyle did nothing to help, we had to call VRBO ourselves which ended up being a 4-5 hr process. We heard multiple different things from the VRBO employees and ultimately ended up with a hotel room for just ONE night when we were supposed to have a full weekend vacation. We then had to scramble and find a place for our second night and spend more money. The communication from Kyle and VRBO was handled very poorly. I highly recommend not booking with him or the company. It will save you a lot of time and you’ll have a stress free vacation knowing you actually have a place to stay.

Not clean no a/c in 80 degree weather

We paid almost 3k to stay in a condo that smelled like dog urine and wet carpet. The a/c never worked. Upon checking in, I notified owner that a/c was at 71 when the sign above a/c controller read to place thermostat no higher than 73 or it would freeze. The a/c was on fan the entire time and locked so no one could change it. We tried to spend most of our days out because it was entirely too hot in this condo. The linens on the bed were filthy. The owner stated he was coming by, however, he only dropped off a comforter set. The condo was listed as 3 and bathrooms. There were only two full bathrooms and the one bathtub upstair drained slowly. None of the remotes worked for any of the TVs. Oh yes all the wonderful bugs we stayed with for threee days. You also deal with next door neighbors who have dogs and smoke. The parking was way across the street. I would never stay here again

Great Place!

This condo is perfect for fairly larger groups! We had 7 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for everyone! Right across the road from the beach, close to all the area attractions and a cute cafe and ice cream shop right downstairs! There are quite a few stairs to go up but we got our cardio in ;) would definitely recommend!

Great Vacation Home

This was an amazing vacation home for our big family. There was plenty of space for everyone and it is in a great location. It was easy to get breakfast at the shop downstairs and walk across the street to the beach. He was just one text away the entire time, and even dropped off some things that we needed. Overall, we are all very glad that we stayed here and had an amazing time.
