I would not even give a one star. I would never ever recommend this establishment to anyone even if it was for free. They don’t communicate well. The photos are old. The rooms and hallways are inhabitable. I tried to be patient, check in was horrible, long lines, and very unaccommodating. I refused my first room and they gave me a second room and it was just as disgusting. There were plenty of people at the front desk complaining about issues. All they said was they would do what they can to help, in which they did not. I wasted a whole 5-6 hours and I refused to stay so I said I would like a refund if not for the first day, then for the remainder of the stay. I was refused the refund and had to go to a different place to be treated with the upmost respect and dignity that I could have received. My children said please do not let us ever book at that landmark resort ever. Let’s also talk about the so called waterpark, that thank goodness we did not use, nasty and dirty and which closed at 4. So the website has false information, the pictures are old, the bad reviews are true and don’t even exactly detail how inaccurate they display information on the site. I hope with the money they took away from my children’s vacation is even an inch of some much needed improvements that they need. I would say they should start from scratch. Shame on them for the way they treat their customers and the fact that they would not consider a refund is even worse. Worse establishment ever!!!!
