"Filthy! Expedia should omit this place from their site and reimburse me. our 1st set of towels were used to walk around our room bc it was so dirty. They didn’t clean the balcony at all, there were tobacco chew spat on the ground that looked like poop. "We stayed in an ADA room, which we did not ask for there was no countertop space in the bathroom. The stairwells were nasty. We had to wait after check-in time in order to actually check in not pleased with the experience at all."

"Beach view from 8th floor was good. Nice lazy river that appeared clean. 2 hot tubs were nasty. One appeared to be cracked. Kiddie pool was full of sand. Many areas of sheetrock through the building was busted. Automatic entry door of the hotel only worked part of the time, otherwise everyone knew to help open for the next person.
