"The worse experience of my life. If you take my words, please never book with them. The real room given to us was totally different then was was depicted on line while booking. They refused to provide daily room service against what was posted during booking. They just provided towels and blankets. We had to clean our room by ourself.
When we asked about Manager, they responded he is busy and will get back to you.
I would never book again in my life over there."

"The good thing about the property is that it's right on Ocean boulevard and it overlooks the beach. So we had a room with a balcony and of course waking up to the oceans. You in the morning is fantastic. The building is kind of run down. And not at all what it look like when I booked it. I think it's good if you have little kids because they have a saltwater pool and they're right on the beach and it's near a lot of things in North Myrtle Beach."
