"Room way too small for 4 adults. Handle on sliding glass door fell off. Had to bring towels down to front desk to receive clean ones. No supervision of kids in pool area. Free breakfast was only for 2 people, coffee not included, no bread products included."

"When we got to thr room it was clear it was not clean and the bed was made with dirty sheets. There was hair on the dresser, lots of hair on one of the night stands then hair and 3 different drink rings on the other. Because of that I checked the beds and their was hair on the pillow and between the sheets. They clearly just made the bed with the same dity sheets.
