"The Manager was very rude and disrespectful. She was not empathetic to my bathroom not being clean the toilet was filthy and the bathtub was inoperative therefore we could not shower. The manager made us wait a long time to even speak with her and then she was extremely mean. And mocked me for wanting a new room; I video taped her behavior and she finally gave us a new room. I was very disappointed in the Managers behavior."

"The resort has potential. Just needs updates. Unfortunately our Spring Break fall during a colder week. The hot tub helped with the chilly weather.The pool and lazy river were semi heated but the breeze was cold. It looks like that area could easily be made into a covered pool. The other pool area wasn’t heated and was soooo cold. Parking is horrible. The parking garage was a block away. Praise God it didn’t rain, there isn’t a catwalk/shelter to protect from rain.
