"The rep that checked us in was so personable. She gave us wonderful directions around the resort. Suggested onsite restaurants along with a wonderful off site place. We stayed an extra night because of the wonderful service and great food choices too!!"

"My likes were everyone were nice courteous only thing that I noticed that the room I was in you had to play with the knob for the shower to come on and it needs a little update of the property more cleaning of the pools other than that it's a great place to stay and there were great views of the beach but if you rent the beach chairs on the beach it's $50.00 for umbrella and 2 chairs if you're driving instead of flying bring your own other wise it's a great place to vacation"

"Our room was clean upon arrival. However, there were 4 of us, we took it upon ourselves to straighten the sheets every day, but the maids did not straighten what we had done or change the linen the entire time we were there. We were there 4 nights, not sure if this is new Hilton policy on water conservation but for $425 a night it was expected. They only emptied trash cans & left fresh towels. Then had a tip QR code by the bed. The view is nice. Breakfast is ok however with the amount...

"The room was very spacious and felt more like a small condo. The washer and dryer were a huge perk so that we didn't need to pack quite as much stuff. The view was spectacular. We did see several cockroaches throughout the room/ balcony areas. Many areas of the hotel are in need of updates. Quite a few of the restaurant staff/ buffet breakfast staff treated us like an inconvenience to their social hour. Overall, we liked the space in the rooms, the view, and the pools.
