Only thing was no water upon arrival in the room to have complimentary or even to purchase There was a extra charge to bring the room service which was an oxymoron- the whole point of room service is to bring things to the room! Lol Everyone was lovely and helpful though and great property great beach snd pool area!"

"Did not stay at this property. Checked in and checked out immediately. Room had a musty, cigarette, unclean smell. Patio did not provide any privacy. Did not unpack or even open suitcases. Went back to front desk. Was never offered another room. Resort fee refunded right away. Front desk staff said they understood. Called Expedia for a refund. was on hold on the phone for about an hour. When someone answered, they said we would have to call Westgate n Florida, the main office. It is...

"We booked on Expedia, and upon checkout had a bill of $62.50. This was for resort fees and self parking. The hotel was also older and could use some renovations."
