There are many restaurants close by, all within walking distance or 5 minute drive. The Patricia Grand Resort is a pet friendly hotel. Our condo has a two pet limit. There is a $125 pet fee for each furry friend, the resort weight limit is 20 pounds. You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels.
As we all know , VRBO rentals (private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange.
A nice welcome package is provided for each guest which Includes:
- Linens, towels, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, one 8 cup coffee package with filter, 1 bag of Kirkland Popcorn, 1 box of tissues, 1 bar of soap, 1 snack bar, 1 extra trash bag, shampoo.
- These items will not be replenished after they have been used.

- Cleaning service is only provided at the end of your stay

- Only responsible adults need to reserve our unit
