The Space:
Cool ocean air drifts through the balcony as waves roll steadily along the shoreline below, and the Atlantic stretches wide in front of you from morning light through evening glow. From this seventh-floor corner condo, the view feels ever-changing - sea, beach, resort grounds, and city skyline unfolding together. Inside, large windows keep you connected to the water, making quiet mornings and relaxed evenings feel naturally unhurried.
The space
This entire condo is set within Oceans One Resort and offers a comfortable layout designed for time together as well as personal space. The living area faces the ocean, with seating positioned to take in the view whether you’re watching the weather shift over the water or settling in with the TV after a day out. Sliding doors open to a private patio or balcony where you can step outside, listen to the surf, and enjoy the coastal setting year-round.
Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to 8 guests across two bedrooms and the living area. The primary bedroom features a king bed and direct ocean views, creating a calm place to wake up with the horizon in sight. The second bedroom includes two full-sized beds, well suited for family or friends sharing the space. A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for your stay, and each bedroom is paired with its own bathroom.
Kitchen and dining
A full kitchen gives you the flexibility to cook and dine in whenever you like. With ample counter space and room to gather, it works just as well for simple breakfasts as it does for shared dinners after a day at the beach. The dining area is positioned to keep the ocean as part of the backdrop while you eat.
Resort access and outdoor spaces
Guests have shared access to Oceans One’s resort facilities, including a pool and hot tub, as well as shared beach access just steps from the building. An elevator makes getting to and from the condo easy, and free parking on the premises allows for straightforward arrivals and departures.

I strongly recommend utilizing ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft, and you can also explore options like Turo for your transportation needs.
Our location is within walking distance of fantastic attractions, including Family Kingdom amusement park, Splashes water park, the Boardwalk, and the Pier.
