1st annoyance: I received so many emails from this property beach rental, and only one of them had an attachment that provided check in details. So we got to the condo and then had to walk 8 blocks to find the office to pick up a KEY CODE????? come on- just email it to me, dont give me a chore.
2nd Rage: . The Fridge, Freezer, and Oven were BROKEN. I called the first day they said they would have someone out the next day. End of the next day, no one came. I called again and was promised that someone would be there at 10am. No one came.
I called about 10 times and no one would pick up, so we went up to the office (another chore to take out time from my vacation), and talked to the property manager.
There was another VRBO review stating that the fridge was broken and yet this rental company responded that it was fixed. However this property manager told me they were waiting on the part. OK_ WHY WOULDNT YOU UPDATE THE LISTING???? WHY DID I SIT AROUND FOR TWO DAYS BELIEVING LIES THAT SOMEONE WAS COMING TO FIX IT????
My best friend made 8 gourmet quiches for us to eat for breakfast and they all spoiled along with all the food we brought. THIS WAS RIDICULOUS.
We wasted money on the food we bought that spoiled, we had to go out to buy ice multiple times a day, we had to eat out more than we intended. AND THEY WASTED MY TIME WITH LIES.
I want a discount and VRBO'ers beware.
