Beautiful ocean view from balcony. Furnished large 1 bedroom condo with king size bed in bedroom and sleeper sofa and Murphy bed in living room, full kitchen and bath at the Landmark Resort. For check in there is a coded entrance, no waiting in line for check in, simply enter code anytime after agreed upon check in to enter. Free parking. The Landmark Resort water amenities that are heated during the off season include a Large Pool Deck with lounge chairs for sunbathing, a Large Oceanfront Pool, an Oceanfront Whirlpool, a 300 foot Outdoor Lazy River Ride, a Large Indoor Pool Complex with plenty of lounge chairs, a Large Indoor pool with a Fountain, 5 Indoor Whirlpools, a 300 foot Indoor Lazy River Ride, a Kiddie Indoor Fun Pools with Water Fall Mushrooms, a Large Kiddie Indoor Pool and a Kiddie Indoor Lazy River. Other amenities are a Video Arcade, a Guest Laundry Facility, and Myrtle Beach's only enclosed crosswalk over Ocean Boulevard that leads from the resort to the parking garage.

- there will be no maid service
-All guests shall abide by the posted rules and are obligated to comply with any new rules that are established after time of booking by HOA and management
-Guest must display parking pass
--Guest must return security card at the end of their stay to the room.
- There is a $50 fee for security passes not returned
-if booking after 7 PM Eastern standard time on the same day as arrival guest must 1st contact us before booking

2. Linen and pillows.
3. Limited number of towels, 1 dish wash cloth and 1 dish towel, please use them for bathing only
4. Endless supply of pool towels located though out the resort
5. Beach chairs, Umbrella and beach toys, However we can not guarantee their condition or them being there.
6. Starter Package That contains the following:
•One roll of paper towels
•One roll of toilet paper
•Bar Soap per faucet
•One extra trash bag
•Liquid Dish Detergent
