Saratoga Sands is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, 5 Short blocks to the ocean , just a few minute ride on the golf cart!. The main level of Saratoga Sands, the second floor (a walk-up), is where you will find the kitchen, which has all stainless steel appliances, the living room and dining area, with all new furnishings and decor, and the washer and dryer. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a TV. The one bathroom on this level can be accessed through the bedroom or through the kitchen. This bathroom has a shower. Also on this floor is the outside deck/patio area with patio tables and gas grill.

The second floor of the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a king bed, a large flat screen TV. The master bath is huge and has a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and double bowl sinks. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a flat screen TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. This bathroom is accessible from the 3rd bedroom but also accessible from the hall. This bathroom has a tub and shower combination. There are also 2 comfortable Memory Foam roll-a-way beds. Linens are included in the total of this rental.

On the ground level, there is an outdoor Bar area, outside shower, and a fire pit. Smoking is ONLY permitted near the fire pit and not allowed under the house, on the deck/porches, or in the house. There is a battery operated golf cart for your convenience that seats 6.
