Unit 1501 is Oceanfront prime corner unit with a beautiful full direct ocean view from the living room, dining area & master bedroom! Within walking distance of The Myrtle Beach Convention Center, Boardwalk, restaurants and shopping.

The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk is 1/2 mile away.

We stayed at this wonderful condo during April school vacation week. The ocean was a bit too cold for swimming, but the view from the condo was breathtaking. The city is building (what looks like a pier with cranes on it) an "outfall project" that does somewhat obstruct the sunrise view, but please don't let that stop you from booking this unit!!! It is a temporary project and is almost complete. You can see down the beach in both directions for miles. We were excited to see the illuminated Skywheel in the evening from the expansive balcony. Everything you could possibly need is in the unit. The unit is conveniently located at the end of the hall, right near the elevators (right side of the building). We had no complaints about any noise. The condo is very clean. We found the beds and pillows to be EXTREMELY comfortable. Like a dream. The host is very easy to reach and responds quickly. The building overall is well-maintained. Staff was pressure-washing the building exterior while we were there. The elevators were smooth and quick. The parking garage wasn't too busy when we were there - but we noticed a pattern that the higher you go, the more parking spots are available. We did attempt the outdoor pool, but that was also too cold for us (it is April after all). The hot tub, however, was hot and bubbly!!! :) We're not sure if we'll ever be back at Myrtle Beach as we like to explore new places, but if we do, we will book this unit immediately!

Nothing but great things to say about this property! Our hosts were awesome, check in was a breeze, and the view is amazing. Spent our last day sitting on the balcony watching dolphins right off the beach. The apartment decor is very fitting for the beach and put us in a good place immediately. Everything you need is walkable. Park the car upon arrival, and you won’t need it again until you leave, unless you’re going to hit the links!

We stayed at this property to celebrate my child’s 10th birthday, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The condo was absolutely lovely—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We cooked daily, and everything we needed was provided (just bring your own spices). It truly felt like a home away from home.The location was a major highlight. My kids and partner especially loved the easy access to the beach, the main strip, and the pool area. Once we parked and unloaded, we didn’t need to drive anywhere the rest of our stay, which made everything so convenient and relaxing.The host was very communicative and checked in during our stay, which I really appreciated. That said, everything was so well-prepared that we didn’t need a thing.The only small suggestion I would offer is to place the laundry detergent near the washer and dryer instead of at the sink. Since the laundry pods were not labeled and were sitting on the counter, it could be easy to confuse them with the dish pods.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book this property again. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience staying here. The condo is perfectly clean and the view is beautiful. Everything was perfect! Laura is the best host. She stayed in touch during our stay which made us feel welcomed and cared for. What really stands out is that Laura went above and beyond by mailing some items to us that we left by mistake. In summary, I highly recommend this property and host!!! This outstanding experience makes us more likely to use VRBO for future trips.

Laura is an amazing host and is incredibly responsive and always a pleasure to vacation with. Her properties are in excellent order and very well appointed. We have been renting from Laura for a number of years now and are already planning our next year's vacation. This particular property offers convenient access to Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, River City Cafe, and Flying Fish Public Market and Grill - all family favorites. The resort itself has been our "go to" location for our annual family winter break since it first opened when our kids were small, and now the tradition continues with our grandchildren. Great family fun with the lazy river, pool, and hot tubs!

Awesome ocean views - couldn't get any closer without actually being on the sand! Loved the opportunity to sit on the balcony and soak up the sun, salty air and sound of the waves! Watched dolphins play and just relaxed!!! Condo was super cute and the host was great to work with. Thanks for a making our vacation awesome!

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay for my long awaited Beachlorette this past weekend!!! Our host Laura was so kind ans always responsive to any/all communications and questions we had.Interior of unit was exactly as pictured but even more impressive in person. The connected balconies facing the magnificent ocean was a top highlight for our entire group! Immediate proximity to beach, boardwalk, and basically everything in Myrtle also made planning convenient. Plus the free parking laundry/dryer within unit were huge bonuses! Then add in the multiple heated pools/hot-tubs/and lazy river and there is no better property to book for Myrtle Beach vacation! 11/10 would stay again and recommend to any others wholeheartedly. Laura- Thanks for making my Last Splash so memorable and amazing. :)
