Guests will have full access to all condo features and resort amenities during their stay. Please note that motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, and roof-mounted carriers are not permitted on the property.

Other Things to Note
• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
• No pets and no smoking allowed inside the unit or on the property. A $500 deep cleaning fee applies for any violations.
• No house parties, no groups under the age of 25, and no verbal cancellations are accepted.


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
