6th FLOOR in beautiful Brigadune—an oceanfront condominium, the complex is situated on a peninsula and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean that provides for spectacular breathtaking views. Brigadune is located on the quiet and prestigious Shore Drive -- just south of the Hilton Hotel and North of Marriott’s Grand Dunes in Myrtle Beach. This magnificent high rise complex offers the ultimate in oceanfront vacationing with numerous amenities including outdoor oceanfront pool (heated in late Spring--usually 1 week before Easter and Fall), picnic area, gas barbecue grills, elevators, secure lobby, and covered on-site parking. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds as you stroll to the oceanfront pool and the beach. There is also an outside shower and sundeck on the grounds of this safe concrete and steel building. This all adds-up to our guests being able to stay-n-play in this all-in-one wonderful place located on The Grand Strand -- The Grand Strand is as the name says, Grand! This unique area now has more than 100 fabulous championship golf courses, over 1400 restaurants, a variety of night life featuring lively entertainment, country music attractions, and big-name performers.

Our condo simply has been beautifully decorated and has spacious living areas. Accommodations feature two large bedrooms and two baths with granite, marble, and designer wallpaper (there is a spacious walk-in marble shower in the master bathroom). The large, airy living room has glass windows and sliding doors the entire width of the room that open to a private oceanfront balcony -- the direct view of the beach and ocean is simply unmatched--its gorgeous. The unique balcony design also provides a remarkable view from the master bedroom … that also opens to the balcony through a set of large sliding glass doors. Combined or standing alone, the condo’s floor design and access to the oceanfront balcony affords our guests the joy of waking to magnificent South Carolina sunrises and the tranquil sounds of the Atlantic Ocean every morning.

After a long and fun day on the beach or out on the town seeing the sights, it’s nice to know that upon your return, you can relax in our gorgeous condo with attractive and comfortable furniture. We have a separate, fully equipped kitchen overlooking our dining room with a beautiful, large glass dining table. Some of our condo’s additional amenities are a large washer and dryer, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher, and three smart cable TVs. Linens and bath towels are included. Our condo also has central heat and air—not the individual wall units found in so many other condo complexes.

Our condo at Brigadune is a cut-above and a great choice for your special, vacation retreat. Located in the Arcadian Shores area, it’s close to Barefoot Landing with its shops, outlet malls, restaurants, and entertainment, and only a short walk down the beach to Apache Pier – the longest commercial pier on the east coast, which is perfect for fishing or just lounging and enjoying the beach and ocean. Or, if that’s not enough and you need more, everyone knows that Myrtle Beach is the USA’s leader in golf courses and miniature golf courses! Now, if that’s still not enough, there’s the Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, Dixie Stampede, the Myrtle Beach Aquarium and just about any other type of entertainment you can imagine – the list goes on and on and it’s all within minutes of our condo. Oh yes, did we mention that beach chairs and umbrella rentals are also available from the Myrtle Beach “licensed” life guards that are on duty up and down the beach during the prime summer months – right where Brigadune is? When people come to this secluded ocean-front drive, they continue to return year after year. Why? Because it's just great! You're away from the hustle-and-bustle of downtown Myrtle Beach, yet if you desire to go and enjoy the other sights and sounds of this fantastic town they're just a short distance away.

This condominium is in the quiet area, just north of Myrtle Beach yet south of North Myrtle Beach, between the Hilton Hotel and Marriott's Dunes 'exclusive area!' And, let there be no doubt, this is a fantastic family area with the best beaches you'll find or could imagine! The people are warm and wonderful, the beach is wide open, the beach bottom is smooth, and the surf is ... Well, the surf is simply great!

This condominium is just steps from the sand and a short walk to the popular beach entertainment spots of 'Ocean Annie's' and the Apache Pier--the longest commercial pier on the East coast! This unit is big--with over 1450 comfortable square feet to lounge around in and enjoy beach living!

This condominium has a king-size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the guest bedroom. And, if that weren't enough, you can enjoy gorgeous sunset views of the wildlife marsh and the premier Dunes Golf Club (home of the Pro-Players Golf Tournament) from the entrance of the condominium.

This condominium has tiled floors throughout and complete with all the entertainment and conveniences of home. Sheets/towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

In prime season, we can only accommodate Saturday to Saturday bookings unless arrival is less than 30 days prior to arrival and we have availability.
