"This resort was ok but not great for the price. We only stayed over night so we didn't benefit from the resort fee which is mandatory. If you are staying longer, it may be worth it but the resort is looking rather old and out dated especially for the price tag."

"When I called few days before I was told I can check in as early as 8 but wont get a room by 11 the latest. I came to hotel at 10am my room was not ready I explained that I talked to someone at front desk. Anyhow my room was not ready I left came back around 3 as soon as they saw me walk in both host walked in thr back CAMERAS CLEARLY WILL SHOW. THEY STOOD BY THE DOOR AND I CAN SEE THEM JUST STANDING DOING NOTHING. I stayed at that hotel years ago and if I only knew ill have a shifty experience...

"Location and rooms were very clean. The pool and common areas need some remodeling. Breakfast area was not great. I would stay here as my main concern with hotels is clean rooms. These were very nice."

"There was a flood there! due to a person hanging something on the alarm in the room ! The water sprinkled went off in most rooms and flooded the first floor, second floor and third floor floors. I wasn’t given an option to be put in another nearby hotel. I had to spend additional funds to secure a room. I am still waiting for my refund to be put back on my card. I heard others customers complaining about this hotel. Some rooms was not cleaned! I ceas not pleased with the hospitality at all."

"Was placed into the wrong room and given a new one. Our new room wasn't cleaned after the prior client. The bedsheets had paw prints and pee stains. The bathroom was dirty with old towels. When we politely asked for custodial staff, we were met with an attitude and waited 20 minutes outside our room for someone to sassily give us new sheets and ignore the bathroom. No apologies for the icky experience, let alone delaying an already late check-in time. Did its job as a place to stay close to the...

"The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it."
