"Overall hotel of the very good quality. Only disappointment was at the arrival when we were told that reservations are required for the beach bed and umbrella. Reservation requirement was never mentioned at the time of making booking nor at the hotel web site. Consequently we had to find our own beach and pay for beach bed/umbrella for the first two days. I fully understand that beach’s bed/umbrella aren’t owned by the hotel, but hotel could do better communication."

"This is the first five star review I've ever left for a hotel in Crete. The Lady who liked after us during the stay was amazingly kind, helpful and generous. The property is gorgeous and the apartments are incredibly well furnished & arranged. The pictures do not do them justice.
