"I had a pleasant stay at this Best Western. It is conveniently located off the interstate, near eateries and minutes away from the Albert Lea's historic downtown area. Every staff person was pleasant (no matter the hour) and attentive. Highly recommended!"

"This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life. Black mold everywhere in the room, on the floor and in the bathroom which hadn't been cleaned. When we arrived at 8pm, there was no one at the front desk, the phone number listed for the property was inactive and when the front desk manager finally arrived he could not care less. Literally I have never seen a room so disgusting."

"Room had a damp musty smell and running the HVAC unit did not change that. The toilet was very low, felt like you were falling when you sat down. Breakfast never changed, they had waffles, biscuits and gravy, hard boiled eggs, prepacked danish, and yogurt. The had peanut butter and jelly packs, but no bread or toaster, Staff were nice and friendly."

"Half way through our trip we had laundry to do it. They had a very convenient laundry room at a reasonable price. Breakfast was excellent and the variety was very good. We met friends at the property and we able use their lobby/breakfast space to sit and catch up. Staff was friendly and helpful. We are from Connecticut so our chance of visiting again is slim but if we are in the area we will will stay here"
