Welcome to our Villa Chara by Estia located in the picturesque village of Achlades, Rethymnon. This beautifully designed villa, set over two spacious floors, offers the perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional Cretan charm, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends.

Ground Floor
Step into the open-plan living space, where comfort meets convenience. The living area features a cozy sofa bed and a 40'' smart TV with satellite channels, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals with ease, complete with all the modern appliances you might need. The ground floor also includes a comfortable twin bedroom, a stylish double bedroom, and a contemporary shower room.

Upper Floor
The upper floor mirrors the ground floor with its own open-plan living space, offering another inviting area to relax with a sofa bed and a 40'' smart TV with satellite channels. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen on this floor provides additional convenience, making it easy to enjoy meals and snacks without needing to go downstairs. This floor also boasts a beautifully furnished double bedroom, and an enchanting open attic with another double bed, creating a unique and cozy sleeping area. A modern shower room completes this level, ensuring all guests have ample facilities.

Every room is equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

Outdoor Amenities
Step outside to discover a stunning outdoor oasis. The large swimming pool, measuring 45 sq.m. with a depth of 1.40m, invites you to take a refreshing dip or simply lounge by the water. To elevate your stay, the pool can be heated to a soothing 26°C, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment even in the cooler months (from March to mid-June and again in October and November). It must be reserved for the full duration of your stay, with at least 3 days’ notice prior to arrival. A supplement of €60 per day applies. Please note that heating is weather-dependent (will not operate during rainy conditions) ensuring the most enjoyable swimming experience. A pool cover is not available.
Enjoy al fresco dining in the dedicated dining area, complete with a BBQ area with sink, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals outdoors. The villa also features private parking for up to six cars, ensuring convenience for all guests. Families with children will appreciate the on-site playground, offering a safe and fun environment for the little ones to play. A ping-pong table is also available.
