Its size of 125 sqm boasts a private 22sqm heated pool (extra charge applies) with salted water and children friendly area which can also be used as a jacuzzi, gas bbq facilities and comfortable outside furniture.



In the center of the picturesque Melidoni village, you can easily walk to taverns and mini market & just a 10min drive to the beach!

Finishing constructing only in June 2022, this beautiful property will be the ideal destination for unforgettable holidays away of the hustle of the city life.

INTERIOR

Ground Floor

As you enter you first get to see on your right a spacious open plan and airy living room and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer , filter coffee machine & Nespresso, toaster, microwave etc.) and everything you may need to prepare your meals. The kitchen island is the piece de resistance in this kitchen that's daring, yet cozy and welcoming due to its cabinetry. Earthly tones & tasteful decorations add a pop of color and create an atmospheric and welcoming environment. A 50' inches Smart Tv enhance this feeling. There is also direct access to the pool and garden area from there.

A full bathroom is also available for everyone, next to the kitchen area.

Moving further you can find a twin bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom, new mattresses and high quality beds will ensure a good night sleep! This bedroom has direct access to the pool area!

First Floor

As you walk up the stair, you reach two more bedrooms, each one with an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom with a double bed has also direct access to a spacious veranda with cozy furniture and nice mountain views! The other one with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom as well, has a little balcony with outdoor furniture looking at the pool area and the mountains around.

Going up the stair at the third level of the house, you reach the attic, where you can find a spacious sofa bed with a 50’’ smart TV. Topper is available for a good night sleep and enjoy the privacy from the upper level of the house! Please note that this area is connected with the lower levels through the stair and does not have an ensuite bathroom.

Last but not least, all areas are fully airconditioned and complimentary Wifi is accessible in all villa premises. Single beds can be transformed easily to a double bed by using a topper. Just let us know!



EXTERIOR

Between Crete's wild mountains and olive groves, lays our lovely villa in the center of Melidoni village. Stunning rural views will provide the peace and quiet you seek for during your vacation. A 22sqm meter private heated pool (1.45 depth) with salted water which means fewer chemicals than normal pools, has also a friendly children area which can also be used as a jacuzzi, for a refreshing dive during warm summer days is the highlight piece of the exterior. Just a few meters away there is an outdoor shaded dining area, a gas bbq with sink are placed. From there eye contact to the pool is secured so you will not miss a moment from the rest of the family/group.

On top of these various comfortable and stylish outside furniture will attend your every need. Shadow is provided by both a pergola as well as an extra sun umbrella. The building itself also provides natural shaded areas most of the day, especially in the morning.

- Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner.

- Quality bathroom towels, pool towels, bed linen, covers are provided.

- Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once per week upon request.

- Pool cleaning every three days. We will always let you know about date and time.

-4 sunbeds and 1 sun umbrella are available next to the pool plus 2 puff beds and a sun umbrella at the veranda on first floor.

-In case you need the heated pool, extra charge of 40€ per day applies.

- Baby cot and high chair available upon request.

- Complimentary free Wi-Fi coverage is available throughout the Villa.

- Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room area is included.

- Air conditioning units serve heating purposes.

- All in-house electronics are available, including a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, blender, electric stove, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, food processor, washing machine, 3 hair dryers, 50’ SMART TV, iron and iron board.

- Fire extiguishers and a first aid kit are also provided.

- All doors and windows have mosquito screens.

- Pool operates seasonally ( March - end of November)



All areas are fully private. There are no shared areas.

LOCATION



Melidoni is a village near Panormo, which lies on the south coast and still close enough to main highways to reach a wide range of destinations.



The village has a mini market, a regional cafe and an excellent local restaurant where you can taste the unique cretan cuisine, all within 200 meters walking distance. A great base to discover the varied countryside and the nearby cities and beaches.

Furthermore in Perama village (4 Kms away) is everything you might need as supermarket, several shops, gas station, health care center, atm etc. In general this area is a great base if you want to explore both rural Crete and its authentic villages as well as some of the greatest sandy beaches that North Crete offers all within a few minutes drive. An important historical landmark for Cretan people ,that definitely worths a visit as well and will be very close to you is Melidoni Cave which accepts daily plenty of visitors.

Renting a car is essential to explore the nearby villages and unique sandy beach locations! Feel free to contact us for recommendations. Public parking area is available at about 70 meters away, near the gas station.



Please take care of the house. Everything should be left in the same condition of repair and maintenance as upon arrival.

Rubbish should be disposed in the bins at the entrance and exit of the village.

Diving is prohibited. All children should be supervised by at least one adult when using the pool.
