Welcome to Philoxenia Residences, a collection of two modern villas located in the heart of the charming seaside village of Panormo, Rethymno, Crete. Nestled on Crete’s north coast, our private residences offer the perfect setting for an unforgettable vacation in Greece, combining comfort, privacy, and authentic Cretan hospitality.

Just 150 meters from a sandy beach and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, and a bus stop, the location of Philoxenia Residences is ideal for travelers who wish to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Panormo village without the need for a car. The picturesque surroundings and tranquil atmosphere make it perfect for families, couples, and friends.

Each two-level residence (83 m²) features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a bright living area with fireplace and satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. Guests can relax on a private terrace with sea view or a cozy balcony overlooking the pool, enjoying peaceful moments under the Cretan sun.

The shared outdoor area includes a 100 m² swimming pool, a children’s pool, sunbeds, umbrellas, and free private parking. Complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and regular housekeeping ensure a comfortable and carefree stay throughout your holiday in Crete.
Alpinia Residence, is a modern and private self catering villa located In Panormo village, a small picturesque beachside village at the North coast of Crete. The Residence is conveniently located at the center of the village, only five minutes walking distance from restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, bakery and a variety of other shops! Alpinia Villa is only 150 m away from a lovely and sandy beach, which is well organized and ideal for families. There is also a bus stop only 150 meters away, which allows you to easily visit the lovely town of Rethymno, as well as Chania and Heraklion cities.

Alpinia Residence is a two bedroom villa built in two levels and it covers 83 sq.m.

Lower Level

At the lower level there is one bedroom with two single beds and en suite bathroom with shower. You can also find an open-plan space featuring a large kitchen area with all the necessary electric appliances and a living room with three-seated sofa (could be used to accommodate one person), armchair and fireplace. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities, and a large satellite TV is placed at the living room area. Last but not least, the lower level gives you access to a cozy little balcony overlooking the charming pool area, and equipped with a small table and two chairs.

Upper Level

At the upper level there is one master bedroom with a large double bed and one more bathroom with shower system. The upper level gives you access to a beautiful terrace with amazing view to Panormo village, the sea and the pool area. The terrace is equipped with a large dinning outdoor table with chairs and a wooden pergola offering relaxing moments under the Cretan sky.

Outdoor Area

The Residence has a private parking area (free of charge) and access to a shared 100 sq.m. swimming pool and a separate swimming pool for children. The amazing pool area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas offering relaxing moments under the Cretan sun. Shared bathrooms and showers are also offered around the pool area.
