Velanos Villa is an elegant and spacious family villa of nearly 450 square meters (4.840 square feet), facing South in a privileged wind-sheltered location at the top of the hill Kounoupas with breathtaking view over the Aegean Sea. It offers a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests.
Although located just 10 minutes by car from town, the property is offering serenity, privacy and a stunning scenery.
The villa’s minimal interior design fulfills guests’ need for relaxation. The bright living room, the fully equipped open-plan kitchen and the dining area have direct access to the exterior lounge areas and pool. A second cozy living room and another open plan kitchen are located at the guest house, at a lower ground floor.
The villa is surrounded by rocky hills and the rich Mediterranean herbs, embracing the true spirit of the summer life. An elegant infinity pool accompanied by very spacious terraces with comfortable summer furniture, allows guests to enjoy the Greek sun while pergolas provide refreshing shade.

LAYOUT
The villa is divided into three levels
Pool Level: Entrance area, living room (TV, pool view, terrace & pool access), dining area, fully equipped open plan kitchen with direct access to outdoor dining area with BBQ, and a bedroom (seaview) with en suite bathroom.
Upper Level: A master bedroom with en suite bathroom with amazing pool & seaview.
Lower Level: A secondary open-plan kitchen, a living room. Additionally, there are two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a WC and storage rooms.

The whole villa (living rooms and bedrooms) is equipped with AC.
