"It is a calmer town than the well known ones in Cappadocia. The hotel is very charming and well maintain. Breakfast was good quality with local products. Even if it was the low season (I was the only guest for 3 days). The staff made all effort to guide me to the right places to eat and visit - even the owner walked me to the place and share a moment to help me understand the culture. "Really nice cave hotel in the sleepy little town of Mustafapasa. Room was nice and cool (great to beat the blazing Cappadocia summer heat) and had an enormous bathroom. Delicious Turkish breakfast served daily and terrace is great for hanging out. It is on top of a hill so if you’re planning to walk, be aware of that. Hotel staff speak a little English but were very handy with Google Translate and helped us with all sorts of requests, including bus service, balloon rides, taxi service etc....
"Our hosts were absolutely wonderful! We stayed at Gibos for four nights and the home-cooked Turkish breakfast was superb every day. We were offered excellent recommendations on hikes, dinner options (Sinasos Wine House), and they made our hot air balloon ride reservations for us with a great company (we normally don’t do those kind of activities, but it was incredible!). We felt like family friends by the time we left. Do not hesitate to stay here if you would like an authentic cave hotel...

Otelin aşağısında bir yol var. Biraz toz toprak ama bence gezmek için pek çok yerden daha güzel. O yol boyunca yürüyerek daha çok eğlenebilirsiniz. Only downside is the price of liquor, especially the price of the only wine available (from a local winery, but charged 4 times than nearby places). Other than that, hotel facilities are very pleasant and staff is remarkably kind."
