Located on the east side of Lake Joseph, Sunsets on Joe has north west exposure and offers some of most incredible sunsets in the Muskoka region. With delightful long lake views and situated in a quiet bay with no boat traffic, Sunsets on Joe truly is the best of both worlds! The cottage offers great proximity to popular amenities as it is only a 10 and 8 minute drive to Port Sandfield and the town of Minett respectively.
PROPERTY
SUNSETS ON JOE boasts grassy level land, a guesthouse with a fully equipped gym, a boathouse, plenty of outdoor seating, a tennis court, pickleball wall, and two basketball nets. In front of the tennis court sits the outdoor fireplace complete with Muskoka chairs. The side deck is perfect for a picnic styled BBQ lunch while overlooking the kids on the play structure or gazing out to the surrounding scenery. A beautiful sitting area sits atop the naturally designed stone walkway which offers stunning views of the lake. The walkway leads you down to the spacious dock and the boathouse which has a boat slip available for the guests. The water has a sandy walk-in as well as a depth of 5' off the end of the dock.

The boathouse living room is finished with a TV, large sectional, king bed with a walkout to the upper level balcony, an additional bedroom with bunk beds, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette offers a small sink, dishwasher, bar fridge, kettle, drip coffee and a 3-person breakfast nook.
GUESTHOUSE
The main level is split between a storage/garage section and a newly finished 3-piece bathroom with stand-alone shower, a gym with 2 treadmills, Life Fitness Optima Series, yoga mats, dumbbells, medicine ball and a TV.
